We had a fairly large group of 12 and this house was absolutely perfect for us! Everyone had room to spread out and have their own space and the five bathrooms were an absolute luxury. Harmony is the perfect combination of plenty of fun (the downstairs game room was a blast) and relaxation (the large multi-level deck and patio, plus the hot tub, all with a lake view). This home is just a few minutes from restaurants, bars and the outlets, but it's tucked away on a quiet little road. Additionally, the home was well kept and clean, plus fully stocked. Debbie was so easy to work with: communicative, friendly and quick to respond. The welcome bottle of wine was a lovely touch. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back! Thank you, Debbie!

Have you ever tried searching for a home that would COMFORTABLY accommodate, and satisfy, a family of 13? It was never easy, until we found HARMONY. Everybody, all 13 people, loved this place. We had 9 adults who were so completely satisfied with the house that they resorted to trying to find things to complain about with the house. It came down to making jokes that the hue of the carpet could be just a little more red or that our arms got too tired when wiping down the big, long dining room table (that fit every last one of us so comfortably.) After we first entered the house, we had a 10-year old running around the house yelling "THIS PLACE IS AWESOME," especially after seeing the game room downstairs. We adults didn't yell, but the same comment was made repeatedly throughout our stay. The open-air feeling of the house as you enter through the front door is amazing. You can have people in the kitchen, sitting at the dining table and sitting on a couch in the family room and all will be able to share in the conversation. Yet, with 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms, everybody gets the privacy they need from time to time also. The five bedrooms are spacious and, believe it or not, the water pressure in the bathrooms is incredible. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we have ever seen. You will never have to search for a utensil, plate or cooking pot. It has it all! There is plenty of space to park and the location is great. You are fifteen minutes from a grocery store and all sorts of other attractions, not to mention a small market right up the hill. The outdoor living space is great also. Two very large decks, plenty of chairs, a hot tub, a fire pit and a great boating/swimming dock. All of this is great, but it doesn't mean anything if the owners are tough to work with. Fortunately, just like the house, the owners couldn't be more accommodating. Brian and Debbie respond quickly to any type of correspondence and they are two of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They work hard to make sure you enjoy your stay. Thank you so much, Brian and Debbie. I rated this house with five stars, only because the website doesn't let you do 10!

This house is great!!!! We had 14 guys and were comfortable the whole weekend. house has more than enough space and the owners are wonderful to work with! The house looked ten times better in person then the pictures show. I agree that the yard is smaller than what is shown in the pics, but that is really not an issue. We brought a bags game and had no problem using the back yard for that. The outside space is great! when you are planning a weekend at the lake, you can't beat this! Also the boat renter people that work with the owners are great! We are already thinking about booking another weekend here!

This home was beautiful. It was everything that was described on VRBO. We plan to go back again next year. There was plenty of space for everyone. It was clean and had everything we needed. The view was beautiful. All of our questions were met. I would reccommend this place to anyone.Close to all local activities, resturants and shopping!

Our family who live in several states gathered at Harmony House for a long October weekend. We came away with perfect memories! The house comfortably accomodated our family of six adults. We all especially enjoyed the game room, outdoor firepit, large decks, spacious kitchens and beautiful waterfront. The side of the home facing the water is nearly all large windows and we loved the wonderful views of the lake, boat and fishing activity and sunrises. The home is close (within 15 miles) to just tons of activities, shopping, dining, bars, etc. The owners treated us very well throughout the rental process. October is an amazing time of year to enjoy the area. We definitely plan to vist Harmony House again!

OMG! Words are hard to come by when you first arrive at Harmony! The view, the location, the serenity of the lake is overwhelming at first site! Then you go inside the house! From the spacious rooms, each with its own bathroom, to the big kitchen to accomadate our big group. To the game room with its own kitchen attached, with a pool table, air hockey, darts & cards to name a few of the fun things you can do there. To the outside decks, along with a hot tub, and down to the docks, I was like a kid, not knowing what to do first! The fishing was awesome. We even had a big pontoon boat delivered to us by Gary, along with some waverunners! That was an Extra, but what a treat! The town is far enough away that shopping or going to dinner was no hassle at all! And all the choices for places to eat is great. Brian & Debbie have added that touch of personalism that you don't find too often, and it made our stay that much more memorable. I can't wait for our next trip to "Harmony" at the Lake of the Ozarks!

The house was perfect for our needs. We had 8 adults and 5 children and never felt crowded. The large dining table also a plus as everyone could sit down together. The lower level with pool table/ping pong, air hockey, and arcade game was wonderful for both the adults and children. The location was also good being very near the waterpark and about 15-20 min from the outlet mall and restaurants(by water many casual places to eat within 10 min) The property was clean and well maintained though not so new that we had to worry about the kids. The picture of the yard is a little deceptive as it is not as flat or quite as large as it appears, but we had plenty of room. We loved the lower deck and were able to sit out side most evenings. The location on the lake was particularly nice both for its view and relative quiet. The owners were very helpful throughout the booking process and after. My children and grandchildren enjoyed tubing, jet skiing and boating-never a dull or boring moment. I would have liked a king size bed in the Master and better lighting in the shower. Overall, I would highly recommend this property.

We had an amazing time at Harmony! This house has a wondering layout for families with children. We had a total of 13 people (ages 3-75) and there was plenty of space. The game room was an added bonus for the kids. The house had every amenity you could imagine, we wanted for nothing! The dining room table was big enough even for our family and it was great being able to sit together at every meal. Even though it was summer we used the hot tub quite a bit after swimming all day and was a wonderful way to wind down! The dock was a highlight where we spent most of our time. We fished and swam all day. Overall I would give Harmony and excellent rating in regards to lake location, ease of boat rental, amenities and cleanliness. Also Debbie was great to work with and very professional and nice!
Owner response:We are very happy that your family enjoyed themselves. We have put every amenity into the home that we could think of to make it enjoyable for kids and adults. Thanks for visiting Harmony and we hope to see you in the future should your vacation plans bring you back to the Lake of the Ozarks.

Words cannot express the fantastic time that we had at your "Harmony House". The view is spectacular. The house was very clean, well maintained, comfortable and spacious with plenty to do for excitement. Numerous friendly restaurants. I would definitely recommend your place to anyone that was inquiring. I also have to mention Gary provided us with the best boat I have ever rented. On time and very clean (please do say thank you to him). Will definitely do it again! Thank you so much! Till next time! Edge

We had a WONDERFUL time and were so pleased with "Harmony House". There were four couples who stayed, and we all had our own "suite" with its own bathroom!! The kitchen was stocked unbelievable great. EVERYTHING you could possibly need! I love the huge table. Everyone could eat together!!There was a Bunkroom that we did not use with it's own bath that would have accommodated 6 kids and then a hide-a-bed that went unused also!! So much room and SO clean!! The decks were so roomy and convenient. Great View!! The docks were so nicely kept and convenient too! The only thing I would do differently would be to order some great big fish to "hang around" the dock more. They were no where to be found. Of course I gave up after an hour with no bites.. haha We got up early and did our walks, and the hills made for a great workout!! If you have a good sized boat, be sure to check out a place to put it in the lake. Would definitely rent the Harmony house again!!
Owner response:Thank you for your comments. Since your visit we have installed 8 fish attractors under our dock and guests have been catching bass, crappy, and catfish right from our dock. Give me a call if you would like to come back and give it another try!

We had a fantastic vacation on the lake during our stay at this home.We all had the time of our lives and will cherish the memories forever! We would highly recommend "Harmony" because the home was clean and comfortable and located on a great part of the lake. We have stayed at vacation homes in the past...and we were extremely pleased with this home. The kids (and adults) loved the pool table, air hockey, darts and other games downstairs. The big screen TV upstairs was a nice touch. The view of the lake simply cannot be beat (especially the sunrise). Thank You!

My family gathered at Harmony House for a reunion, and we congratulated my brother many, many times on his great find! Harmony House was the perfect place to meet and catch up on our busy lives. Even with our big group, we never felt cramped. The many extras were wonderful bonuses that just added to the great experience we had there. We especially loved the huge dining table where we sat for hours eating, talking, and looking out at the beautiful lake. And later, my husband and I became big fans of the owners when they found my son’s stuffed dog that was left behind and mailed him to us. That’s the type of extra effort we saw throughout Harmony House. We hope to gather our group there again in years to come.

Debbie, We have just returned from our stay at "Harmony" and were so impressed by the place. While the photos on-line are nice, the place is more beautiful than they show. We were VERY pleasantly surprised! The house was very clean, very spacious and was a great location. Thank you again for everything! Dyann Callipari
