This unit is almost 1200 sq ft 2 bedroom 2 bath unit in a unique gated Resort.! Tops'l is a "Top 50 US Tennis Resort" located on 52 acres and bordered by sugary-white beaches and a state nature preserve. Tops'l is on the beach between Sandestin Golf Resort on the west side and The Sierra Club Nature Preserve on the east side. There is also a shuttle service that runs throughout the property all year.
With your base rental, You will have access to three outdoor heated pools, hot tubs, and one indoor pool and the beautiful beaches!! The main pool overlooks the ocean where a band plays during the summer. There is a private pool and hot tub located at the Summit building.
Amenity Card. You only need this card, if you want to play tennis,use the workout facilty or use the drink bar at the Beach Pool. The cost is $45/day. If you are only here for the pools and beach, you do not need the card. The Hilton next door has a cash/credit card outdoor facility drinks and food.
There are some of the best golf courses in North Florida located within two miles of Tops'l. Incredible restaurants and shops are located very close to the resort. The Ocean Club restaurant is located on the property and is one of the area's best. If needed, child services are also available on the property so the adults can enjoy a night out.
Sandestin Baytowne Wharf is across the street with shopping, craft fairs, outdoor entertainment, restaurants, live entertainment! This property sleeps six people. There is a king-size bed in the master suite. The second bedroom has two twin beds. There is a queen-size, pull-out sofa sleeper in the den. Linens are provided as well as kitchen essentials.
