Master Bedroom w/ King Size Bed - Kailua-Kona, Hawaii Vacation Our oceanview condominium was recently remodeled and refurnished (2006/2007) to offer you a relaxing, quiet, and enjoyable vacation. There are great ocean and mountain views from our private top-floor wrap around lanai. Our condominium's close to the elevator, so you don't have to walk far. There's a convenience store in the front of the complex, which is an excellent feature when you need something last minute. The complex is within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We have 2 pools, a great sandy beach, and an oceanfront cabana for dining at or just enjoying the breathtaking scenery. Or, you can just enjoy the gorgeous views from the lanai. We do not charge extra for third or fourth persons like many other units do. We strive to offer everything you'll need for your memorable vacation.

**Ironman Week requires minimum 7 night stay, otherwise, no minimum.
Above Rental Rates Do Not Include Cleaning Fee or Hawaii Taxes.
A $90 Cleaning Fee and Hawaii Bed Tax Will Be Added to All Stays.
An Initial Deposit, Equal to 50% of Total Stay Amount, is Required to Secure.
