Why the Owner Chose Pagosa Springs
I wanted a place of my own in my hometown, but when I went to purchase my first place I had my heart set on a place either way out of town or right smack dab in the middle of it. I'm really happy I decided on the latter because I can honestly say its like living in a completely different town than the one I'd grown up in. Having lived in what morphed into suburbia since my parents built their house on Pagosa Lake in the 70s, downtown living was a refreshing new take on Pagosa - city perks with a mountain view, I'll take it!

This loft is flanked by coffee shops and restaurants, mere steps from the river, hot springs and movie theater and a quick 20 minute drive to the ski area! And that's just outside! A totally tricked out kitchen, canopy bed, covered porch with bistro set and deep soaker tub are just a few of the perks of this place!

I was born and raised in Pagosa Springs, CO but now reside in San Clemente, CA. This loft is my first foray into home ownership - I bought it to serve as home base while I was traveling frequently for work. I've since relocated to California to live with my boyfriend, but we try to visit at least once a season. My parents still live in Pagosa, and do a wonderful job of keeping my place in tip-top shape when I'm gone!

We loved staying here! Perfect place for couples looking for a getaway! Great location, very cozy and had everything one would need. Wolf Creek was amazing! Perfect snow! 1/13/2011 We really enjoyed the place…loved the bath and canopy bed. We loved the coziness and had everything we needed. Being able to walk to things was great. 12/26 2010 Thank you so much for being so communicative and accommodating. Our stay across the hall was wonderful and our switch to this room was seamless. We enjoyed all the local eateries and the ski slopes at Wolf Creek. The boys graduated from ski school and did the runs with us on the last day, at age 5 and 6. We bought one week passes at the hot springs and have gone everyday. Now off to the second leg of our trip: Denver to visit friends for New Years. Would recommend your place to anyone.
