The location is just steps away from the Malacon, (or Boardwalk) that is built around the Marina. It is conveniently located within walking distance of the best restaurants, the best fishing boats, and the best shopping in town, and just a short water taxi ride to the famous Medano Beach. It is also within walking distance of the Best Nightclubs in Cabo!
If you want to rent a vehicle, a secured underground parking spot is there for your use.

We took our kids for x-mas vacation to cabo and thoroughly enjoyed the unit . It has obviously been recently renovated and was very comfortable .The location is central cabo and we could walk anywhere . we look forward to our next trip and will certainly try to rent this unit in the future.

My Wife and I have rented this condo 3 times and have never had a bad experience. The condo has always been clean and stocked with linens, dishes, and water. Tina, the owner, has always been able to help with fishing charters and is very knowledgeable about the area. We would recommend this condo to anyone that wants to travel to Cabo.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Our family of five (children ages of 6, 10, and 17) spent five days here in mid-February. The location was wonderful for us as we could easily walk to a variety of stores and restaurants. This meant we could go the entire trip without renting a car which was great as parking and driving seemed difficult at best. Mendano beach was a water-taxi away or about a 25 minute walk which was fine. There is a small pool at the very quiet complex which never appeared busy. Our kids enjoyed using it the one time we had a chance. The management company was helpful in arranging horseback riding for us and also in arranging for security to let us in as we arrived very late at night. The property is well maintained and Tina was extremely helpful and friendly. We would definitely consider renting this again if we decide to return to Cabo.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car.
