It's located in the exclusive Villas by the Sea duplex community. Professionally decorated, Summer Breeze features 3 beautifully appointed master suites - each equipped with a TV and DVD. The spacious LR is tastefully decorated and offers TV with digital cable, HBO, Cinemax and Encore, DVD, and VCR. There’s a QSS for additional sleeping space. The oceanfront deck provides direct beach access and features a 5-person hot tub. Imagine relaxing in the hot tub while enjoying spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. The oceanfront dining room provides plenty of seating, while the kitchen is very well-equipped - a treat for the chef in your group! This is a wonderful area to enjoy a family meal. The sleeping arrangements consist of 1 king, 3 queen and 4 twin beds - all of which offer a TV and DVD. The children's room also features a Play Station and Game Cube. The Villas by the Sea complex provides a community pool and is located between the Sea View Fishing Pier and the Sea Turtle Restaurant at Villa Capriani. Summer Breeze is a GREAT place to vacation and entertain the entire family. Hot tub is in operation during the summer only. Anyone wanting use of hot in off season can have it reopened for a fee of $80.00....*FREE LINENS ARE PROVIDED IN PRIME SEASON, but they are NOT included with special rates or other discounts. *
