Our townhouse rental is east of Route 1, overlooks the canal and is less than a mile to the beach!
The house sleeps 10 to 12 guests with 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. Other features include 3 decks, luxurious master bedroom with king bed, jacuzzi tub bathroom, two fireplaces, 1 queen bedroom with separate bath, 1 full size bedroom with separate bath and two rooms with 2 twin beds. There is also a futon and a port-o-crib. The house has over 3,000 square feet of space.
3 decks, a ground floor patio, outdoor pool, full kitchen and a washer and dryer in unit, make for a very convenient and comfortable stay. There is plenty of off street parking. 4 televisions with cable TV, DVD video players and Free WiFi are readily available for your enjoyment.
No pets or smoking is allowed in the house or on the decks.

Our family (parents, 2 children and spouses, and 4 grandchildren) recently spent a week at this property. We were very pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness, lots of room for everyone to be together, or have some privacy. The kitchen was great, very well equipped, which is not always the case when renting. We have rented several times in the past and this home is by far the nicest and lived up to the listing description and photos. It is just steps from Rehoboth Avenue, so was easy to walk to the boardwalk and enjoy the shops and restaurants. The owners obviously take pride in their home as it is nicely decorated with many personal touches. Enjoyed the community pool, too. It was a great family vacation!
