The sun filled living room has an LCD flat panel, HD TV (high definition), Blueray DVD player and JBL 5.1 surround sound. Complimentary NETFLIX streaming Movies may be viewed anytime on the HD Television.
The fully equipped chef's kitchen is matched by the large light-filled rooms, decorated with Platinum level appointments. The master bedroom has pillow-top king-size bed and has a Flat screen TV, DVD/VCR and private bath.
The second bedroom has twin beds and a trundle with all new mattress sets this season with flat screen TV and DVD. Additional guests may sleep on the a roll-away bed.

7/23-7/30 The weather had some rain sun & mon hot then mostly sunny the rest of the week We did: parasailing, beach & pools. pirate mini-golf, boardwalk, eat out (Mango's and Blue Coast were great!) The condo was great - clean and comfortable and well-stocked. Thank you

6/18-6/25 The weather was mostly beautiful with short storms. Nice tennis camp, boardwalk, movies... BEACH We saw dolphins, Tons! Sea Shell City was great. Good Surfing lessons in the morning. Blue Coast restaurant is amazing. Enjoy!!

omg this is over the top wonderful..the condo is simply lovely ...i love the view..the bed is comfy... the beach is...oh the beach. the kitchen couldn't be stocked any better..i am over the top pleased with it all..we are comparing it to a resort we've stayed at in fort meyers...i can guarantee we will be repeat customers..i will be telling family & friends - this is the best kept secret on the east coast!

Aug 21 - Aug 27, 2010 The Weather was ok at first and great our last five days We spent family time together on the beach. Shopping. watching movies and walking the boardwalk We learned what a skate fish egg sack was! My kids learned to boogie board. Made new friends. Watched the sunrise with my daughter. We can't wait to return.

May 27 - Aug 21, 2010 The weather was gorgeous. What a summer. The best weather. We spent time with family, friends, beach, bars, restaurants, etc. The dolphins were amazing - the way they just came up out of the water. The condo was the best location for the beach. Hearing the ocean was delightful. I recommended this condo to my cousin. Hopefully next year we will be here again and buy a condo. Thanks for a great time.

This beautiful, well equipped condo made us feel at home! And the view is unequalled to any beach vacations our family has taken. I loved the sound of the waves & the nice balcony. The tennis clinics were fun. We wish the map Resort Quest provided would've shown us the small grocery store and Deli on the bottom level of Edgewater. The bluberry donuts at the grocery store were fantastic!!
