Views are stunning in this 3700+ square foot oceanfront home located at 108 Oceanview Lane in the private gated community of Ocean Sound Village. The Village is less than one-quarter mile from the Topsail Island "high rise" bridge. You are minutes from a Golf Digest four-star championship course at North Shore Country Club, markets in quaint "fishing village" of Sneads Ferry, or a kayak paddle in the Intracoastal Waterway.
This home accommodates 14 guests. The first floor has two ocean front suites with queen beds and private baths. The remaining bedrooms on this floor have private balconies with intracoastal views: one with two twin beds, the other with 2 sets of bunk beds.
The second floor has a master suit on the ocean side with a king bed and private bath. A study is also located on the second floor, with a private balcony with a view of the Intracoastal Waterway. It doubles as a bedroom with a full-size futon and full bath across the hall. In addition to five full baths, there is an enclosed outdoor shower. Televisions with DVD players are available in all bedrooms except the bunk room.
The large great room has panoramic ocean views with a wide screen television and fireplace. A separate furniture grouping on the other side of the great room can be utilized as a conversation area. The dining area consists of a table seating 12 with a nearby eating bar that seats an additional 3 persons. A large, fully equipped kitchen, including double oven, offers both intracoastal and ocean views.
The two room recreation area, located on the ocean side, has a pool table, television, and a full sized futon for extra sleeping space. The "kids" recreation room has a flat panel television, with DVD, X-Box 360, the latest video games, game table, and a "morning" kitchen. Surround sound is on both first and second floors with a library offering CD’s, DVD’s and books. A third floor observation room overlooking the intracoastal can serve as an office or "camp-out" room. Also enjoy the 952 square feet of decking.... We are confident our home will make your beach vacation memorable.

Restrictive covenants at Ocean Sound Village dictate that there is no parking allowed anywhere other than garages and driveways - vehicles are subject to towing at owner's expense. Please consider this when making reservations or travel arrangements.
