This home is designed for the perfect beach, boating and golf vacation. Located in the luxury gated community of Ocean Sound Village, the beach is at your doorstep. A public boat ramp is less than ½ mile away, and North Carolina’s only 4 star golf course, the North Shore Golf Club, is only 2 miles away.
Visitors to this home are greeted by a landscaped yard, as the house is set back from the road, allowing for privacy and plenty of room for parking. Entrance to the home is accessible by stairs or by using the convenient home elevator.
Reverse-style living offers spectacular views from the top floor, which includes a living room with sliding glass doors to the deck, a dining room with ocean and sound views, a fully equipped kitchen, a magnificent oversized master bedroom and a large guest bedroom.
The lower living level includes a TV/video game room, laundry room and 4 additional bedrooms (one with a handicapped accessible bathroom with shower), all of which overlook either the ocean or the sound. WiFi is provided.
The many decks around the house, a gas grill, hot tub, 2 enclosed outdoor showers and a convenient walkway to the beach offer visitors a wonderful way to enjoy life on the ocean. With its handicap accessibility, this home is a delightful vacation spot for families of all ages.
There is a private heated pool with a ramp for wheelchair access from garage level to pool enclosure.
Restrictive covenants in Ocean Sound Village provide for no parking allowed anywhere other than garages and driveways. Vehicles are subject to towing at owner's expense. Please consider this when making reservations or travel arrangements.
