1,832 square foot unit. (Please see pictures below) This property, the Grand Regina, is considered by many to be the top vacation spot in the world. It is located just 30 minutes from San Jose DeCabo International airport (SJD). Free limo service is provided.
The mountains are on one side and the ocean beach is on the other. The top golf tournaments in the world are often held in Los Cabos because it "never" rains. The temperature is ideal all year around except in the heat of mid summer. New elevators take you from your room down to the beach. I have never seen a mosquito or other bothersome bug.
The Grand Regina is very private and restful. It is isolated from the other tourists in the large Weston Regina Hotel and Club Regina Resort which are located next door (see last picture). However, their extensive facilities including excellent restaurants and shops are open to you with a two minute ride in the resort's motorized carts.
It is an excellent place to take the children and/or grandchildren or perhaps a business client. However, you can also just be alone and rest.
The city of Los Cabos is just a 30 min drive away and offers even more excellent restaurants and extensive shopping, especially for Mexican made products (silver, pottery, leather and wood products, and an extensive collection of locally produced art) at bargain prices. |
