We stayed at this property the first week of April, 2012. The condo was clean and comfortable. The cable didn't work in the master bedroom the first night, and the owner responded immediately to my email (problem was fixed). Seabrook Island is well-maintained and beautiful. The condo is located across the street from the new Lake House facility, which has a great pool. The owner provides an amenity card for weekly rentals - don't rent at Seabrook without access to an amenity card! We biked to the Beach Club, which had two nice pools, towel service, chairs beachside, and a nice outdoor restaurant - access included with the amenity card. Close biking distance to the condo is Freshfield Village, a nice area with shops and restaurants. We went there Friday evening, and there was a free concert in the central area. Bring your bikes! This condo is right next to a very nice tennis facility: if you play at all, bring your rackets.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

We enjoyed our stay in the fall of 2006. The unit was neat, clean and fresh. Thanks for the well stocked kitchen supplies! And for all the extra personal touches. Thanks for the new bedding,and pillows. Beds were comfy as was the living room. The island was beautiful, the beach was so clean, and the pool was wonderful and nice to have close by. It really was paradise. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai and also enjoyed the screened in porch. We enjoyed the many choices of restaurants!
