The Beach Bungalow is a unique cluster of three luxury, oceanfront, garden villas on Indialantic's famous beach boardwalk. There are seven restaurants within two blocks, plus surf shops, jazz clubs, boardwalk and beach, with all the services you'll need in our small beach town. Plus we are THE closest beach to Disney World. One hour, no turns, right to Mickey's front door!
The Bungalow's villas are large (1500 square feet), tropical, and beautifully appointed. The Banana and the Coconut are twin sister oceanfront townhomes with incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean from the master suites' private balconies.
The Palms is a large flat with terra cotta and marble tile, a large cook's kitchen looking out over the great room to the tropical garden, king-size sleigh bed, twins in the guest room, and two futon couches that convert to full size beds. French doors open from the great room to a large private tropical garden with palms, hammocks, cozy brick patios, and decks surrounded by tropical flowers. Follow the patios through the lush gardens to the large tile spa set under bamboo, jasmine, and palms.

Great place to stay! Had good fishing from the beach which was right across the street. We loved getting up in the morning and walking the beach and watching the waves from the balcony. Owner was very helpful. Got lots of good information. Close to restaurants and shopping. Had a great time - and hopefully will be coming back!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

Very accomodating rental, right down to the coffee filters, dish liquid and essential cooking spices. Lovely beach, pleasant and warm property owners and comfortable house. One of the better VRBO properties we have tried.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

The Beach Bungalow was amazing property. The enclosed courtyard with tropical garden and hot tub was just beautiful. The privacy of the courtyard allowed us to eat our meals outside. We loved the huge kitchen that allowed us to all work together to prepare our family meals. The location right on the beach was so convenient and we loved walking to the cute restaurants that were nearby for quick lunches and dinners. The historic downtown area of Melbourne was so fun to explore with its shops and great restaurants. We would recommend this beach villa as a great place to stay while at the beach! Thank you Rob & Ann for the BEST! vacation ever! The villa was immaculate, the beach was fabulous, and the great decorating and all the personal touches made us all feel like we were at our own beach home. Laura came home with all sorts of new ideas for our own home here in Alaska. Thanks for all the helpful info too, from your great guide book that made us feel like locals in no time, to arranging surfing lessons for the kids and showing us how to go see the baby turtles hatch on the beach. It was the most convenient and relaxing vacation we've ever had, and we'll be back as soon as we can. It's just too bad it's too far to bring Rudy, our dog, too. $990-$2000/week (Saturday to Saturday) .. $3600-$6000/month. Sleeps up to 8. Rates based on up to 4 persons. Add $100 per person per week for additional persons. $200 Deposit to Hold the Villa. 11% Florida Tax (on less than 6 month lease). $50 dog fee that is waived for rescue dogs and training graduates

About the owner: Combining our boatbuilding and historical renovation skills with an extensive interior design back ground, ww have hand built the Bungalow from the ground up to be a very unique and comfortable property with lots of custom features

We lived in the Bungalow for 10 years prior to moving out and totally renovating it to be one of the best dog and family friendly beach rentals we know of. We have a number of guests who have been coming back every year for over a decade and certainly look forward to the opportunity to host you on your next beach vacation.

The Unique Benefits at this Villa:
The Bungalow is set in a small residential beach town known for it's great surf and sandy beach. We are only blocks away from "downtown" with it's great seafood and breakfast restaurants, surf shops, pizza, ice cream, and coffee shops etc.
Meanwhile your tropical garden villa is an oasis with the beach right in front.
It would be hard to find a better and more convenient location for a great vacation at the beach.
