Legends Golf and Country Club of Fort Myers is a gated community. Legends has a resort atmosphere offering the following: an award winning 18 hole par 72 championship golf course and pro shop, a huge heated pool with waterfall and whirlpool, six tennis courts (with lights), well-equipped fitness center (with sauna) with locker, shower facilities, and scheduled workouts, smaller pool
near the condo.
In the 25,000-square-foot club house building are: a wonderful restaurant, computers with internet access and library room, billiard tables, card table, reading rooms and wireless internet access in club house. The golf course is known for the beautiful blue lakes and 650 acres of lush landscaping. You can walk around the pristine cypress reserves trails. There are planned social activities such as dinner dances, card tournaments, theme night dinners and Sunday buffet.
In and around Fort Myers, there is live theater, lots of Golf Courses, Premier Outlet shops, wonderful restaurants, transportation to cruises to Key West, a 20 minute ride to the beach (Sanibel Island or Fort Myers Beach) and the Red Sox and Minnesota Twins (five minutes away) Stadiums are close by. Southwest International Airport is just minutes away.
This is a lovely two bedroom, two bathroom condo (located on the second floor) in Legends Golf and Country Club. It offers a spacious and comfortable living area with spectacular views of the pond and the Fifth Hole of this award winning golf course. Master bedroom has king bed, TV/VCR in armoire, two huge walk-in closets, desk, master bath with two sink areas, linen closet and very, very large shower. Second bedroom has two twin beds with TV/VCR, closet and adjacent full bathroom with tub/shower. Washer/dryer is next to bathroom.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything! Side by side refrigerator, self-cleaning oven, microwave, dishwasher, pot/pans, dishes, small appliances, utensils. Kitchen nook is a cozy area with table and chairs. The dining room has a beautiful glass/rock table with six chairs and chandelier.
The living room suite has a queen sofabed, matching chair with ottoman and TV Unit with TV/VCR/DVD/CD. The living room leads to the lanai where there is a table and chairs. There you can relax and enjoy the view in this screened-in room.
This condo is beautifully decorated but very comfortable to relax in and enjoy!
