View From Deck - Carpinteria, California Rental Home Nestled on the seashore of the world renown surfing beach Rincon, this newly decorated home with an open plan offers remarkable vistas of the Pacific Ocean and Santa Barbara Channel Islands, with the wide open expanses of sand at Bates Beach awaiting exploration nearby. Beach combing and sunset watching also provide for hours of leisurely entertainment. A large furnished wood deck overlooking the seashore provides ample accommodation to while away an afternoon on a chaise lounge and enjoy lunch in the refreshing sea air. Or cozy up beside the rock fireplace indoors. A short ten to fifteen minute drive to the north provides for limitless opportunities to shop and dine at fine establishments in Carpinteria, Montecito, and Santa Barbara that cater to all tastes. This residence is booked on a weekly basis from Friday to Friday ONLY. Multple week bookings are welcomed, but nothing less than one week please. Please note that this home is located nearby to the 101 freeway and does experience some freeway noise. It is the southern most home on Rincon Point adjacent to, but fenced off from, the public access pathway to the beach.
