You will love the great view of the gulf and enjoy the action on Bonita Beach from your perch above the crowds where the pelicans fly by. Many mornings you can see dolphins swim by looking for fish.
This is Bonita Beach one of the most beautiful beaches in the US. You are in the heart of the beach life and action. If you like great views of the gulf, long walks on a white sand beach and great Florida sunsets like no others then this is your special place. Two swimming pools and lots of tennis courts on site.
From your screened deck on the sixth floor, you can see Naples to the left, full gulf and Sanibel Island to the right. Water, water everywhere and beach, beach everywhere.
As the sun comes up, you can walk the beach for miles, join the locals and find great shells or just enjoy the sand. We like to have breakfast on the beach at Doc's beachhouse. Life is good.
We also have a great place to eat in the lower level of the building you are staying in. Haney's café in our building is a busy local favorite with good food at great prices. Bonita also has many great places for seafood or anything else you might like.
Shopping is a preferred pastime with anything you can dream of in Bonita springs, Estero, Naples or Fort Myers. Born to shop? This is your place.
GOLF, GOLF, GOLF courses everywhere.
Bonita is home to the Naples Fort Myers greyhound track with dog racing, off track horse betting and a poker room. It's not far to the Seminole Casino, and a casino cruise boat is within a 10 minute drive up the beach.
Bonita Springs has all types of shopping very close. Great beach, great food, great seafood markets, golf everywhere and world class shopping. Come on down.
Sit on your screened deck, have a cool drink and watch a perfect sunset. This makes a perfect end to your perfect Bonita Beach day.

My family recently stayed at this unit and had a fantastic vacation. The unit was clean, well stocked and lots of thought went into having everything we needed for a great time. The owner was so nice to work with and the local housecleaner even saw us and asked if we needed anything. The lovely sunshine poured into the unit and made everything sparkle. Loved the screened in deck to enjoy the best view and the fresh ocean smell.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had so much fun at this condo. To have my coffee in the morning looking at the water and to watch the sunset at night was just priceless for me. My kids loved the beach just across the street and it was so close to local shopping and restaurants it makes it a perfect place for a family. We rented over the Thanksgiving holiday so my kids were able to meet many new friends. When I called the owner they were very honest about the property location, condition and view because we only wanted something where we could see the water. The property was clean and well cared for we were just glad we didn't have to stay in a hotel for the trip. We hope to go back this year and we would definitely recommend this to our friends and family.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

I recently spent a month in this disappointing unit .Yes the bathroon and kitchen were updated but the kitchen table , sofa and living room chairs were in poor condition and should have been replaced along with the floor mats and the rusty beach chair ten years ago.The fan and popcorn ceiling over the king bed were full of dust.The new 42" tv was difficult to change the channel with the remote from the bed.Sure the unit was cleaned before we arrived but I"d rate cleanliness a 2 on a 1-10 scale.Dont look at the inside of the upper kitchen cabinet door next to the refridgerator. Great viewOwner response: We are sorry to hear that the experience this guest had at our condo was not 100% positive. We have been with VRBO for several years and have had a 5-Star rating until now. Many of our guests come back and stay with us year after year. We would have loved to have heard from this guest while they were staying at the condo and then we could have worked on remedying the situation. We would like to have had the opportunity to document that the condo was not cleaned properly and could have sent the cleaning company to verify the problems and re-clean the unit. It is unfortunate that the first we heard of any problems was through the review posted on this site and we were unable to address the problems and bring about a solution. Prior to their arrival we spoke several times to this guest answering many questions they had. We added the Leather Sofa 6 years ago and 2 Rocker-Recliners and Kitchen Table & Chairs were purchased 8 yrs. ago. None of our furniture is over 10 years old and during our last stay at the condo in December 2012 we purchased all new pillows, bed linens, bath towels and bath rugs, as we replace all of these every year. There were throw rugs in the owner's closet that we did not throw away from 2012 and perhaps these are the ones that were found to be unacceptable. We have tiled floors throughout the entire condo and the throw rugs are not needed but some guests prefer them so we left a few in the closet. The beach chairs were also located in the owners closet and were purchased in December 2011. Our "Owners Closet" is a small storage room where we leave our cleaning supplies, lightbulbs, batteries and tools, beach toys and coolers, and our personal items. We do not lock this closet and have invited our guests to use these items if it will help enhance their stay. Many guests fly-in to the nearby airport so packing or purchasing beach toys, beach chairs, coolers etc. and then trying to get those items back home with them is inconvenient and expensive, but also fun to have and use, so we invite our guests to "Make Themselves At Home" and use anything we have. Unfortunately they were not to the standard that this guest expected. The final complaint was that the TV remote control was difficult to use and we have replaced the batteries and found there to be no problems. Our Beach condo is our "Little Piece of Heaven" here on earth and we want your experience to be awesome!

I have stayed at this condo two times. My last time was in September 2011. It has a great beach location. Lots of neaby restruants, malls, flea markets. I would reccommend this place to my friends.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
