Our Deluxe Condo is in Building 4 Unit # 223, on the second floor an end unit with windows on 3 sides. It has wall to wall carpeting, and tile in the bathroom and kitchen. We have air conditioning in both the living room, and in the bedroom.
We are steps from the pool, and the BBQ is right outside our lanai. we are no more than a one minute walk to the sand and beautiful waters of Kamaole 2, one of the most beautiful beaches on the south shore.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed a great 9 day stay at this wonderful condo. It's close proximity, and easy access to Kamaole Beach (2) was one of the features that made this rental our final choice. Upon arrival we were very pleased to find not only a clean, spacious, and comfortable condo, but also a condominium that physically matched it's exact description as listed above. With: two air conditioning units, two TVs, a lovely bed, both fully equipped kitchen and bath room, and a pleasant lanai, we were easily at home in this Kihei living space. As, mentioned this condos location was perfect. The building in which we resided was placed directly next to the Rainbow Market, and other convenient shopping centers. All of the following are no more than a 3 minute walk away: a Whalers general store, Denny's, Maui Dive Shop, Cinnamon Roll Fair Bakery, Da Kitchen, a tourist info center, 3 ATMs, and much more. Also there is a bus stop also 3 minutes away, if you are not renting a car. The only problem I had with this condo, was not having boogie boards, and really that was not a big deal at all. Got some from the nearby Maui Dive Shop for cheap, and had a blast. And furthermore, I was very impressed by the kindness and hospitality of the condo owners when they discovered my medication and quickly emailed me, offering to send it back to the mainland. I would highly recommend staying in this condo to anyone, and look forward to my next visit to Kihei. A huge Mahalo to the Armstrongs, from both me and my girlfriend. Aloha

We recently enjoyed a 10 day February vacation on Maui staying at this condo complex. We had stayed there several times before in the 80s and early 90s and wondered if we would have the same pleasant experience. This trip we rented a different condo picked from the VRBO web site. It was a great choice. The condo was bright, clean and airy with all the amenities we could want. Being an end unit we had good ventilation from 3 sides. The condo was set back far enough from the street so very little street noise could be heard. Also the lot next to the condo is vacant so we had the feeling of a lot more space. The condo complex remains well maintained with ample parking , manicured grounds, and a great pool. Just across the street from the complex is a set of 3 large sandy beaches, some of the best in Hawaii, excellent for both young and older children. Stores and restaurants are only a short walk away. The condo owners were friendly and promptly replied to questions and reservation details We would highly recommend this condo to either a couple or family wanting a great Hawaiian vacation. We are going back next year!"
