It has wall to wall carpeting, and tile in the bathroom and kitchen. We have air conditioning in both the living room, and in the bedroom. We are steps from the pool, and the BBQ is right outside our lanai. we are no more than a one minute walk to the sand and beautiful waters of Kamaole 2, one of the most beautiful beaches on the south shore.
