Welcome to condo at Miramar Beach, located in the luxurious Ariel Dunes complex within the Seascape Resort. We enjoy everything about this condo and the surrounding area and we are certain that our guests will feel the same way, too!
Our two bedroom (plus bunkroom) and two bath condo has every feature that you would expect to ensure that your stay is fun, relaxing and simply the best that you could ever experience. We made a point to furnish and decorate our condo with a "beach/cottage feel" in mind and you will see what we mean from the sampling of pictures below. The overall atmosphere of the condo will make you feel like you have finally made it to your ‘home away from home’ in the sunny, Florida panhandle.
In addition to the cozy décor, we have added many conveniences to the condo above and beyond the vacation rental features listed below. In every room, you will find top of the line flat-screen televisions with DVD and VCR players for your viewing pleasure.
We also installed wireless internet access in case you need to connect to the outside world with your laptop (but at least if this is for work purposes, it is definitely more fun to work with the incredible ocean view right in front of you)! All bedrooms have the highest quality and most comfortable mattresses (king in master bedroom and queen in guestroom), including the bunk room where the kids can bounce around on custom-made mattresses (not the uncomfortable cut-out foam stuff!).
What else could possibly be better than the 11,000 square feet of pool space? The larger pool will be a treat for the entire family with fun fountains and sprinklers, while the other pool is heated and more tranquil for just reading a book or taking a snooze. Of course, we have a wonderful beach location where the silky, white sand beach is only a short walk from your doorstep.

We survived Tropical Storm Lee!

We stayed at the Ariel Dunes for a Labor Day Weekend get away. Unfortunately, so did Tropical Storm Lee!--So we missed the beach, the pool, the fishing trip, ect. BUT, we had a nice time away and a nice stay at 118643. The condo was great with plenty of room for everyone. The bunk beds were perfect for our boys. The balcony was excellent with a fantastic view! The tower sits off the beach but the walk was about 150 yards -- so not AT ALL inconvenient and you have a direct view of the beach. We actually spoke with Eric, the owner, prior to booking (nice guy) and had absolutely NO issues with booking, check in or check out. The condo provides the basics, as far as, a basic- equipped kitchen, TVs and DVD players in every room, a few towels, bed linens and even some beach toys . Everything worked perfect. Things to bring: any special cooking items, extra towels/beach towels/wash cloths (there were no wash cloths), blankets/pillows to your liking (there were plenty of pillows), dish/clothes soap, A BROOM (lol) and paper towels and toilet paper (there was one extra roll in each bath). Of course, you can purchase anything you need from a roll of toilet paper to a Coach pocket book within minutes of the condo. We were very pleased with our stay, could not have beaten it for the price-- just sad to have not been able to hang out at the beach and pool.

We had another great week in Destin! I have vacationed in Destin for close to 30 years and this is the first time I have stayed in a different condo. I was pleasantly surprised. The condo was spacious with a beautiful view, and the owner was great to deal with. My husband loved the three great flat screen TV's! I loved the washer/dryer and spacious kitchen table. It was the perfect refuge to get away from the crowds over July 4th week. I would stay in this condo again in a heartbeat.

We spent four days and nights at your Ariel Dunes condominium, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very spacious and comfortable for our family of four, and with the bunk room, each of the kids had a separate room. We loved the view of the beach and the short walk to get there, as well as the amenities of the property. The kids had a great time in the pools. It was also convenient to many fun Destin locations, including restaurants and shopping. Thanks for having us stay.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay. We chose Destin for a relaxing girls' weekend, and the condo was perfect for our needs. The "nook" with bunk beds is basically another room and is perfect for creating extra space. The full kitchen was perfect for preparing meals was complete with all the necessities (like a blender for margaritas!). The view is stunning, and we were able to really enjoy it from the spacious balcony. We were sad to leave and are already planning our ext girls' trip.

We enjoyed our stay in your lovely condo. I love the new tile flooring and the furnishings! The heated pool was terrific for the kids and the convenience of the restaurant in the downstairs lobby was the best! We look forward to next year when we return- this truly was a wonderful value and I thank you for your hospitality.
