Home was just completed January 2007 and features great access to beautiful Canyon Lake and tubing on the Guadalupe River - this is the water recreation capital of Texas.
The Kitchen features Silestone counters, maple cabinets, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, water filter, utensils, and dishware, eat-in bar with stools, with a fantastic view of the lake. Laundry room complete with washer, dryer, detergent, and fabric softener. Bedrooms feature brand new beds, matching decor in each room, all linens and towels provided, and LCD TV and DVD combo in master bedroom.
Open and airy living area includes sofa (converts into double bed), large TV with satellite dish, CD Player, radio,games, dining room table, even a desk if you absolutely have to get some work done, two sliding doors open onto large deck, and, of course, THE VIEW. The deck features THE VIEW, where you can see the lake, marina, and watch the wildlife walk through the yard. Deer, roadrunners, and birds. Come and enjoy!

We had a wonderful time at this cozy, nicely decorated and very complete lake property. Our three kids (6,4,3) liked it so much they did not even want to leave the house! Thanks for your accurate description and your accurate follow up eventhough our booking was very last minute. We will definitely consider coming back here again and recommend this property to friends.

Great house, very clean and nicely decorated. Great view of the lake and very peaceful. Loved the parking for our boat, fit right under the house, so in case of rain it didn't get wet. Could use one more bathroom, but it was managable with 6 of us. Will consider returning in the future. Thanks again!

This is really a beautiful and comfortable house on the lake. We enjoyed hanging out on the covered deck in the evenings after our fun at the lake and looking at the amazing view. The lake breeze and the fans on the deck kept us cool. This is a well stocked house in a peaceful area of the lake.

Very nice,neat,clean house. Everything you will need. Good lake location and boat ramp is very close. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider rebooking!

Spent several days in the house just before New Years.Beautiful countryside and excellent view of Canyon Lake from the wrap-around Deck. Ideal place for the family that has an extra RV,boat trailer,or vehicle to park or store. Good base of operations to explore the many unique resturants in the Hill Country. Comfortable and efficient floor plan with easy to use appliances and excellent TV reception for kicking back at the end of an active day.Lots of birds and wildlife in the area.Will sleep more,but ideal for a family of 4.
