Inside our totally redecorated Lae Nani unit, the beautiful new sofa-bed seating area, dining/game table, fully equipped kitchen, queen bed, ceiling fans and tinted windows provide modern conveniences to make your stay comfortable and cool. You have the choice of connecting with the outside world through Wide Screen HD-TV, Cable and High Speed Internet with WiFi. The spacious lanai adds more usable space with a chaise lounge and a large table plus four chairs for dining and enjoying the unobstructed coastline and mountain views anytime of day. With no renters above our second floor penthouse location, privacy is yours as you hear only the sound of the ocean.
In addition to the ocean and beach only steps away, there is also onsite a heated swimming pool, wading pool, lighted tennis court, gas barbecue and laundry facilies. Restaurants, gift shops and art galleries are conveniently located within walking distance and Kapaa town is a very short drive North. Reasonably priced golfing is a mile away at the 18 hole Wailua Golf Course and the nearby Wailua River has water skiing, kayaking and other activities available on the way to the Fern Grotto and Wailua Falls. It is possible to walk or bike along the beach for miles with gorgeous views and few tourists.

Why the Owner Chose Lae Nani
While returning to Kauai each year, we realized that the ocean, fresh air and slower pace were the best medicine for our busy lives. We found this beautiful condo offered 24 hours a day, gorgeous views of Wailua Bay, the mountains, and the ocean in a serene, tropical setting.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
After our plane trip, we like driving only 7 minutes north from the airport to reach our exotic, relaxing destination. It is even nicer to be so convenient to all the activities and sight-seeing options. We love our beautiful, private space where we can choose to meet other people or be alone. Our lanai is a perfect place to sip coffee or entertain guests while being surrounded by the sound of the ocean and the swaying palm trees. Since our condo has a full kitchen, Hd-TV, WiFi, towels, etc, we can easily cocoon and bring less luggage.
Excellent 18 hole, public golf course with reasonable rates, golf club rentals, etc.
