Our home has Central Air Conditioning and ceiling fans in main rooms and pool lanai and is conveniently equipped for two or three smaller families as it sleeps 12 comfortably. We supply a free Gas BBQ, NO CHARGE to renters for tax and we have everything and anything you need.

The Tuscan Hills Community is situated on highway 27, 1 mile from highway 192 with its many shops and restaurants. Disney World is just 10 minutes away. Universal Studios and Sea World is 25 minutes away as well. Busch Gardens in Tampa can be reached in an hour. The Gulf Coast is to the West and the Kennedy Space center, Cocoa Beach, and Daytona Beach is to the East.

We stayed for a week during Spring Break, and we cannot wait to come back! We took our kids to Disney for the first time and they loved the parks, but I think they enjoyed the house even more. We stayed one week in this villa for the Christmas holiday. Outstanding. My elderly parents took the large master bedroom as it had a nice walk-in shower. The house is very senior friendly, with no stairs to climb (just one half step into the garage/game room). The heated pool was warm, clean and inviting. The hot tub...perfect! Very nice bedrooms and living spaces. Clean, clean, clean. Beds comfy. Good linen and towel supply. The Villa exceeded our expectations. Cooked in the kitchen a lot, when not using the BBQ and had everything I needed. Very quiet and private neighborhood. Loved it! Used the washer and dryer daily. Did not have to bring extra luggage on the flight. Everything is close and easy to find. Our only concern is that we did not stay there longer. Would return anytime and have highly recommended it to family. John was wonderful answering my questions and responding to everything. The listing is very accurate. Giraffes a bonus. Misc: Found a nearby golf course that charged $15 for use of their executive course, but on line it stated a higher fee. Bottom line, look around when you get here. Had a wonderful manicure and pedicure at the Nail shop near the Publix then had an ice cream at Edy's. Bank and pharmacy very close. It doesn't get better than this.

Sorry that I just found time to leave a note for our June vacation. We booked our vacation at the last minute and the owner could not have been more nice or helpful. The villa is gorgeous and very clean. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. There were just three of us that stayed but we loved it and would stay here again in a second. The pool was great, it was quiet and the lannai was great in the evening to sit out and relax. The pool is private and backs up to trees which was great. We couldnt find one thing to complain about and stay here again and would reccommend anyone to stay here. The owner made everything very easy and he was great to deal with. Finding this villa in Tuscan Hills made our vacation even better.

We just returned from a week in Orlando. This villa was the perfect place to stay for our group! It was the perfect place to meet up with old friends and spend the week exploring central Florida. The pool area was the relaxing setting for the start and finish of every day. Even when it rained we sat out under the lannai and enjoyed the place. Every time we went out we felt sorry for all the people we passed who had pools that backed up to the road or other pools. Looking back into the pines was a nice back drop for our fun. The neighbors on either side were screened by the hedges. We had to go out of our way to talk to the one set and the others we never even saw. Only the light by the pool coming on told us anyone was there. The rooms were big and comfortable. The furnishing is just as nice as it looks int he pictures. A very comfortable space. The kitchen is nicely equipped even if all we used was the mircowave and the very nice coffee maker by way of food prep. The one night we ate in we found the notebook full of menus a tremendous help in deciding what to have as take out. There is a great little delivery service that gives you access to Chinese, Italian and Indian on one menu. The was perfect for making everyone happy witout even drying off from the pool! Everything is conveniently accessed from Tuscon Hills. No matter what we did for the day getting there was a breeze. If we find ourselves heading back to the Orlando area this will be our first choice for the trip! We would recommend the Villa to anyone!
