Our Disclousures: At the time of check in full payment must be cleared.Only cash will be accepted. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: Cancellation of a booking at any time will result in forfeiture of deposits and payments made. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows: 14 – 23 days prior to arrival 50% of rental amount is charged 3 – 14 days prior to arrival 75% of rental amount is charged 0 – 3 days or less prior to arrival 100% of rental amount is charged Check in is at 3PM , however is apartment is available we can check you in earlier.Also check out is 10 AM .If apartment is not rented you can make a late check out.You will be informed one day before arrival upon inquire To reserve please e-mail me or call at 305 3312030. There is a $500.00 security deposit, which is refunded upon departure of your stay if no damages in unit.payment upon check in only cash be accepted As we have several apartments we reserve the right to provide other unit in the same building.We assign actual units a week before arrival.All units have same style of decoration differences could be pictures, design of furniture and layouts , however all units have new furniture and similar style of decoration. Last Minute Reservations are welcome. I only accept cash for last minute reservations. No other form of payment will be accepted.
