This four bedroom, three bath, Executive, vacation home is located in a gated golfing community just nine miles from Disney. This approximately 2400 square foot home is located across the street from an 18 hole championship golf course. The family room is adjacent to the very large kitchen for easy entertaining. Shopping, supermarkets, and all the attractions are all within 5-20 minutes. A new shopping mall is due to open in 2008 and it will only be 2 miles from us.
Just minutes away from Disney World, Epcot, MGM, Pleasure Island, Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach, Planet Hollywood, and close to Sea World, Universal Studios, Splendid China, Wet and Wild, Gatorland, etc.. One hour away from the Space Center and Cocoa Beach with easy Freeway access.
This home will sleep up to ten people with linens and towels provided. Bed arrangements are: one king, two queen, two twin, and one queen sleeper sofa in the family room. Crib, barbecue grill - available at additional charge. Sorry, no pets. For those who smoke, please do so outside.
