White Sands Village is directly across from White Sands Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on the Kona coastline.
A short mile down the road is Kahaluu State Park, renowned for great snorkeling, with a large variety colorful and plentiful tropical fish. There are many Green Sea Turtles swimming in the protected waters of this cove.
Our condominium unit is positioned directly across from a lovely tropical garden, away from the noise of the street and swimming pool. The lanai overlooks the palm, hibiscus, and banana trees. There is an ocean view through the palm trees. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium sleeps 6 with a queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the second bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room. The unit has air conditioning and the bedrooms, living room, and lanai are equipped with ceiling fans. The condominium is also supplied with linens, cookware, beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, TVs (in living room and master bedroom), and stereo equipment - all the comforts of home including free Wi-Fi and Long Disctance calls.
The facility has many amenities including a pool, jacuzzi, and a game room with a pool table. BBQ grills are available for your use. If you like tennis, there are courts on the premises.
There are many fine restaurants in the area, including Jameson's right across the street. There is also the option of visiting the local farmer's market or supermarket and either dining on the private lanai or enjoying dinner down by the pool. Whatever you decide, be sure to walk across the street in the evening to watch that spectacular Hawaiian sunset.

We bought the condo for it's perfect location and love to get to the Big Island as often as we can. Randy and family are living in Auburn, California and Brian and family are in Mobile, Alabama.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
White Sands Village is the perfect setting for family with White Sands Beach across the street and a beautiful pool available. The tennis courts, pool table, and BBQ area are just part of the wonderful amenities. Our unit overlooks the gardens and is very quiet as a result - no pool or street noise.

Aloha! My husband and I just got back from our honeymoon where we spent 6 days/nights at this fabulous condo and we can't recommend it enough. The condo itself is so ideally located: close enough to shops, restaurants and the airport to make things easy and convenient, but located right across the street from one of the best beaches for swimming, snorkeling, boogie-boarding and surfing - what more could you ask for? The property has a fantastic swimming pool & jacuzzi (you can hear and see the waves roll in from the pool area!) and tennis courts that we had all to ourselves - it was all perfect!!
