We stayed as a group at this house three separate weekends and we had a great time. The staff was very accommodating and courteous. The house was great and was perfect for accommodating our large group. The close proximity to Hunter Ski Area was great and the surrounding area is beautiful.

We have stayed at this house in the Catskills located on Route 23A and were very pleased. The owner has done a lot since taking the place over in 2006. I don’t ski anymore, but my kids do as well as snowboard and find the place close to Windham and Hunter Ski resorts. Also go up in summer months to catch festivals in town or to fish in the back of the resort. The resort resides on the water and has a well known fishing spot for bass. The house has all the things you need, maybe not a toothbrush. We have been to the Adirondacks and Lake George, but we like this because it has a small town atmosphere. Also close to the Windham village. I keep my boat nearby at Shokan. It's always a relaxing time.

We had a wonderful time. The house was spacious and clean. The hospitality of the management was superior, they were both friendly and accomodating. The streamside view was beautiful and overall our stay was more than pleasant. We will definately go back again.

If you are looking for a lovely setting in the Catskills that is affordable and managed by highly capable and friendly staff, stay here! The property is clean and well-maintained and accessible to Hunter and Windham Ski Resorts. My husband and I stayed here in February to ski and we enjoyed the quiet peacefulness of the property. I plan to return in the spring and summer in order to try out the many golf clubs that are also in close proximity. I've recommended the house to my relatives and friends!
