We had the best time of our lives in Hawaii at your condo. It was so comfortable, clean and quiet. Enjoyed the wild turkeys nesting in the tree in front of the lanai. We saved a lot of $$ by being able to use the golf clubs and snorkel gear you provide what a nice touch. The weather was perfect and the location is great. We will surely return and tell all our friends about your villa.

The condo is in a good location but it is old and in need of a serious update. The real issue is the owner who was not truthful about work being done on the patio when we arrived and for our entire stay. Thank goodness for an understanding superintendent for the construction company as they did their level best to accommodate as much as possible and still get t heir work done. Even so I doubt I would have rented this unit had I been told exactly what was going on. In addition the dishwasher and disposal did not work on our arrival but I was able t trouble shoot them both enough to work.
Owner response:First disatisfied renter in 10 years of renting. Our Villa has gone through an extensive update. The renter was told of the exterior construction going on during their planned stay and was offered either a refund or to stay in another unit but declined both offers. We take pride in keeping our Villa in top condition and extreme cleanliness. Our Villa being located in the preferred "A" building with 180 degree views of the ocean is the most sought after condo in the beautiful Waikoloa Villas tropically landscaped complex. Just returned home from spending 10 days on the Big Island and a week at the Waikoloa Villas - the quiet A Building! This is a comfortable and easy place to hang out. It is really is in an ideal location - a beautiful easy drive on the 190 and 19 to Hilo or out to the coast at Puako. You are out of the fray of the "resort zone." The tiled floors make for easy care. It really does have chairs, beach mats, snorkle and goggle gear, boogie boards, et al. Understand they are in constant use and well loved, serve the purpose and save on what you pack and what you buy. The TVs in each room are basic-there is cable and there are CD players/radios available. There are a few tree in the way of the actual sunset - at least this time of yea- even yet the sunsets were grand. Each night the pending sunset brought the neenes and the wild turkeys looking for bugs in the fairway grass. Directions were spot on. The Village grocery store is the place to shop. No need to drive to Kona. Stay out of the the market in the resort zone - very expensive. As another guest remarked, the beds - the twins and King- and pillows are firm. Not sure about the sleeper sofa. The bathrooms are a bit on the small size. The laundry in condo is great! SO easy to do a load after coming in from a day at the beach. For the price you cannot go wrong. It is 20 minutes to my favorite beach so all in all it made me very happy. Thanks.

Had a wonderful time at you condo. It was very comfortable with lots of room. The children played with all the games you have in the closet. We also enjoyed the boogie boards and the snorkel equipment you supply. We loved watching the "green flash" as the sun entered the ocean from the comfort of the lanai. Whenever we ate at the condo we always sat on the lanai and enjoyed the scenery. The kids also loved the large pool, we had it to ourselves. Thanks again, we will be back.

Hi Bob and Vikki! Sorry it has taken me so long to email you. I justwanted to say that we had such a wonderful time inyour condo. It could not have been any better! Weloved every second, the pool was awesome, the quietrelaxation was needed and we had the best familyvacation! Ethan (our 12 month old) loved the Turkeyparade everyday and has learned to say "gob gob"whenever we say what does a turkey say?We hope to be back again one day and I will kepp allof your info on hand. Had a wonderful time at the Villas. Gorgeous views of the ocean and beautiful sunsets very romantic. The heated pool is the best. It seems like we had the whole place to ourselves. Great rates playing golf less than we play at home and a wonderful course with awsome views. Waikoloa is the best kept secret in Hawaii. Hapuna beach and A bay were excellent for snorkeling and swimming and the kids had fun boogie boarding. We barbequed a few times, very nice.

My children had lots of fun, they loved the pool and the beaches. It was nice that the boogie boards are included with the condo. I had a very relaxing time. Loved snorkeling with the turtles and saw many different fish.Kids would play shuffelboard in the evening. Very nice condo with lots of amenities. Will definitely return.
