and the required signing of a Cottage Rental Agreement.
The rental fee is to be made in two payments
via bank check or money order drawn on a U.S. bank.
Half the rental fee is due upon the signing
of the rental agreement, and the second half is due
on or before the commencement of the period of tenancy.
