A King and a Queen with a Great View & a Beach Umbrella Too
You can lie in the king size bed, sit in the living room or relax on the balcony and see and hear the ocean in our two bedroom two bath ocean view condo. It is located on the South side of the 8th floor of the Renaissance Tower, an ocean front high rise. Unique sleeping accommodations are available for up to six adults. We have added our personal touch throughout to make your vacation seem like “home at the beach.” A beach umbrella and two chairs are set up daily from Memorial Day to Labor Day. A $130.00 value.
The living room/dining area has light hardwood flooring and sliding door to the 6 foot by 22 foot balcony with an unobstructed view. The living area is equipped with a queen sleeper sofa, reclining chair, white wicker end tables, 32” flat screen HDTV and DVD/VCR. The dining area is mirrored and includes a white wicker dining set with a glass top table and six chairs.
The decor in the master bedroom is white wicker, including a king size bed, a triple dresser, 26” flat screen HDTV, DVD player, a computer desk, ceiling fan and a private full size bath with ceramic tile floor. The glass sliding doors take you to a balcony with a panoramic view of the ocean and looks down on one of six pools.
The second bedroom, on the opposite side of the condo, was recently renovated. The new bedroom furniture consists of a queen size bed, triple dresser and 26” flat screen HDTV. There is a large window with a great view of the ocean. The second full bath with ceramic tile floor adjoins the second bedroom.
The kitchen includes new countertops with breakfast bar and stools, dishwasher, full size range/oven, refrigerator with icemaker, above stove mounted microwave and disposal. The kitchen is well equipped with dinnerware for 8, cookware, coffeemaker, blender, mixer, toaster, electric can opener, iron and ironing board.
Don’t feel like cooking? Visit the deli on the first floor for breakfast, lunch or dinner. They will be happy to deliver it. Just outside is the beach bar with live music in season.
Of course you have complete access to all Myrtle Beach amenities.

The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Myrtle Beach Resort is one of the most popular full amenity ocean
front destinations on the Grand Strand. Our resort is located on 33
acres. For your use a Beach umbrella and chairs are set up daily
from 9am to 4pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Available for your use are 6 swimming pools. One of the outdoor
pools is the largest on the Grand Strand, Two of the pools are
indoors. Also available are four whirlpools, 3 saunas, exercise
rooms, basketball, shuffleboard, tennis courts and a playground
conveniently located for children. There are numerous charcoal grills
and picnic tables throughout the Resort.
Our latest amenity is a 400 foot lazy river, the second largest in
Myrtle Beach, with kids pool, wet deck with bucket dump and
mushroom shower.
In season scheduled childrens activities are available.
Free high speed wireless internet is available in our condo.
On the first floor of the of the building will you will find a deli and
convenience store along with a laundry room with washers and
dryers, an exercise room and sauna/whirlpool area.
Chilren as well as adults will enjoy the game room.
Additionally, there is a ocean front cabana bar with live music in

We have rented from this owner for several years and have had a truly gratifying experience every time. The condo is very up to date, spotless and has many amenities. These owners do an outstanding job of making you feel welcome and are very easy to deal with. The location is excellent and the resort itself is magnificent. We have stayed at this resort for over 20 years and have always enjoyed it. It is a very family oriented place with lots to do. I am so glad I found this owner and will continue to rent from them in the future. I highly recommend this particular condo and wish everyone as delightful stay as we always experience.

BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED, VERY COZY, EVERYTHING THAT WE NEEDED WAS THERE. I HAVE STAYED HERE TWICE AND LOOK FORWARD TO OUR NEXT VISIT. WE EXPECIALLY ENJOYED THE PICTURES OF THE FAMILY AND THE CLOSENESS TO THE BEACH. OWNERS VERY CONCERNED THAT THE RENTERS HAVE A WONDERFUL VACATION. THE BEACH CHAIRS AND UMBRELLA IN A GOOD LOCATION. We spent a wonderful week at your condo and couldn't have ask for more. The condo was decorated in an appropriate beach theme. It was so clean and we felt like being at home away from home. I would highly recommend this condo as your next vacation destination.. Everything listed was accurate plus there was so much more.

We stayed here for a month April 2011 & it was the best. Everything that you needed was supplied, couldn't want for anything. The owners were great to deal with, so willing to help if needed. We hope to be able to stay here again. We would certainly recommend this condo to anyone, it is just as the pictures show. The resort is awesome.

We stayed in this BEAUTIFUL condo last summer. My friends and I were so impressed with the decor, beautiful view, and most especially all the amenities within the condo itself.
