With the struggling economy, we have priced our place to rent. This lovely unit is just a five minute walk to the beach. Clean, non smoking home in a lovely setting, with a wonderful firepit/sitting area in the front for fun family gatherings.
Typical rates:
June 18th to the 25th $1100 per week
June 27th to July 2 $1275 per week
July 2nd to August 20th $1400. per week
August 2o to Sept. 3 $1200 per week
Depending on availability, we will rent Saturday to Saturday
$200 non-refundable deposit due within 7 days of booking. 50% of remainder due 6 months prior to stay, plus $200 refundable security deposit. $10 private gate key fee also required. $5 fee per bike, if applicable. All remaining balances due by May 1st.
Our home is located at 1472 Paleo Woods Way VERY CLOSE TO THE BEACH, BAR, Restaurant & ACTIVITIES.

Our beautiful Cottage has a large sun porch with a cozy gas fireplace, two decks, front and back, and a fully equipped kitchen. The living area has a corner sectional sofa for relaxing and watching TV. There is also a televsion in the master bedroom. Out front is a spacious campfire area to enjoy evenings with friends and family. This home has cable which includes the REDSOX channel. It has central A/C and a sleeping loft that your kids will love!!
We are only a very short 5 minute walk to the BEACH, LAKEFRONT DINING, LOUNGE, volley ball courts, horse shoes, and beach mushroom fountain. There is a MARINA, GENERAL STORE AND BOUTIQUE on the property as well.

If you enjoy golfing you’ll absolutely love the beautiful 18 HOLE CHAMPIONSHIP GOLF Course. You can also just sit and relax on Point Sebago’s beautiful 1 mile sandy beach that includes delicious barbecues, snack bar for a quick bite and you can top it all off with of course…ice cream. The fun never stops.
There ARE SUPERVISED DAY AND EVENING PROGRAMS FOR AGES 2-12 so you can enjoy the adult entertainment on-site at the Lake View Lounge such as: Daily Happy Hours with entertainment, Staff Shows, dinner shows and comedy night. Over 21 Lounge and game room with full service bar and pub menu.
Pre-teen (9-12) and Teen (13-20) Activities: Some 9-12 year old activities include Newcomb Volleyball, Atomic dodge ball, Ping Pong Tournaments, Candy Bar Bingo, Floor Hockey, Kayak Races, Flag Football, Volleyball, Comet Ball and the Olympiad with Shuttle Runs and Competitions. Some activities for 13-20 year olds are Hot Shot Basketball, Flag Tag, Arts & Crafts, Washer Tosser Tournaments, Tennis, Volleyball, Floor Hockey, Golf Clinics, Flag Football, Softball, Homerun Derbies, Canoe Races, Comet Ball and more.
