June 28th to August 22nd $1400 August 22nd and beyond, negotiable
$200 deposit due within 7 days of booking. 50% of remainder due 6 months prior to stay, plus $200 refundable security deposit. Remainder due by May 1st.

Our beautiful Cottage has a large sun porch with a cozy gas fireplace, two decks, front and back, and a fully equipped kitchen. The living area has a corner sectional sofa for relaxing and watching TV. There is also a televsion in the master bedroom. Out front is a spacious campfire area to enjoy evenings with friends and family. This home has cable which includes the REDSOX channel. It has central A/C and a sleeping loft that your kids will love!!
We are only a very short & easy walk to the BEACH, LAKEFRONT DINING, LOUNGE There is a MARINA, GENERAL STORE AND BOUTIQUE on the property as well.

Pre-teen (9-12) and Teen (13-20) Activities: Some 9-12 year old activities include Newcomb Volleyball, Atomic dodge ball, Ping Pong Tournaments, Candy Bar Bingo, Floor Hockey, Kayak Races, Flag Football, Volleyball, Comet Ball and the Olympiad with Shuttle Runs and Competitions.
