This is a great rental property in Vail. It deserves a 5-Star rating. It is always clean, well maintained, and has lots of room. We have been staying at this property for 10 years and would recommend it to anyone. It is right on the shuttle bus line and you can take the Cascade lift which is only 1/4 of a mile away. They sell tickets there as well as letting you download in the afternoon. The Condo has a hot tub and also a pool for summer guests. We have enjoyed being right on Gore Creek and using the outside grill for dinner. Never had any security problems in 10 years and it is nice and quiet at night. Highly reccommend this property. It is a GREAT VALUE!

Our family enjoyed an experience of a lifetime. Over our 4 day stay we had 11 family members come and go. The combination lock at the front door made this convenient for all. The amenities are understated. Beautifully decorated and comfortable for large groups. The property was well maintained, clean and plenty of linens and towels for our large group. Very convenient to the slopes. The owner provided excellent service. One of our family members left her wedding rings which were retrieved by the cleaning staff and hand delivered to Denver by the owner. All those in our party highly recommend this property!

Everyone in our group loved it here! It was clean, cozy, and perfect for our group of 6 singles. The creek at the back door was lovely. With a shuttle stop walking distance from the condo, mountain and villiage access was really quick and easy. Although, the snow wasn't great, we had a fabulous time! Thank you! We look forward to staying here again.

We went as a group of 8 international students and when we arrived, we were pleased to find the property cleaned and ready. The amenities are provided for our usage and we didn't run out of anything. Unfortunately for us, we arrived during a time period where the hot tub was under maintenance. However, the owners were prompt in responding and offered us some incentives that replaced the unavailable hot tub. It was an extremely reasonable offer and we appreciated how professional the owners were in handling the situation. The owners are also there for us despite living out-of-state. This is commendable and should be noted. Even though it was not the biggest property, it certainly provided enough room for all of us.

We have stayed in this condo a couple of times. It is comfortable, clean, and the beds are nice. It is a quick jaunt to the slopes and the owners are wonderfully helpful. We will be glad to use it again.

The townhome was exactly as the pictures showed it It was very comfortable and had all the basic amenities that you find in a hotel. Perfect location for catching the shuttle for around the Vail area. The creek babbling behind the residence is very relaxing. We had 7 people stay and there was plenty of room. Nice kitchen, 2 big bedrooms. I would definitely stay here again!

Truly enjoyed our stay in Vail, the condo was great, very clean and comfortable would definitely recommend to friends. The creek right outside the door was awesome. We had a wedding at Donovan's pavilion which was right down the street perfect location,( minutes to the ski lifts ) Used the local bus system to get around it worked out great. Thanks to the Donaldson's, they were very professional, they made the reservation process very easy. Thanks again.

We loved staying in this town home! With 3 adults and two kids, we still had plenty of room (and plenty of t.v.'s)! The location was very convenient as it was right on the free shuttle route and the pool was immaculate. My favorite part of the town home though was the master bedroom by the river. We slept with our sliding door open every night and the sound of the river lulled us right to sleep. A perfect home for any family on a Vail vacation!

We really enjoyed our week in Vail this summer. It was clean, and there was plenty of space for my 2 teenage kids. We used the swimming pool and hot-tub most days, and the house is really convenient to a large Safeway store and the interstate. The parking in the town centre is free during the summer, so it's only a couple of minutes drive to the local restaurants (try the Tap House on Bridge St for their specials Mon-Thur). However, we tended to bring food in and use the Gas BBQ that is provided. We found the fridge and cupboards stocked with all sorts of everything which was a very welcome surprise. The house may be a little out of the way for some folks, but it wasn't an issue for us (it's also right beside the local (free) bus service), and you'll be hard pressed to find better value anywhere else in Vail. Recommended.

This was a very charming home. It was very easy to find and located so that getting around town was very easy. The owners were very helpful and provided plenty of information. The place was clean and well-maintained. It was very obvious the owners took care with the personal touches and decorations. The creek just outside was amazing and the creekside bedroom had its own balcony and the creek provided a very sound and soothing sleeping atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.

(All comments are from the guest comment book kept in our townhome; last names are not included for privacy, per recommendation of VRBO) Your Vailhome provided base camp for our family's 5th annual spring break ski trip. We had a terrific time and the home was an important part of the experience. The bus transportation proved easy to master and we lucked out with over 2 ft of snow this week. For us spring break is about more than just good skiing. It is about reuniting a family for great times and great memories. Thanks for helping make 2010 a special year.

We had a wonderful stay here. The condo is lovely and an excellent size for our group. We especially enjoyed the beautiful creek view every morning. Kitchen and bedrooms were well stocked. Bathrooms were nicely decorated and had plenty of towels. The hot tub was really nice and we enjoyed the convenience of the buses for getting to Vail. Thanks for a lovely time! We hope to come here again. (E-mail feedback said that they missed an iron; we stopped providing an iron when it was continually used for ski waxing. A June '10 guests gave us the same feedback so the iron is back on our next "repair and resupply" visit.

We finished our 7th year in what we now consider our Vail home. Ski base was around 5'3'' - 5'8'' and the economy kept ski traffic down. We enjoyed ourselves as usual and look forward to our week next year. You may as well mark the same week every year indefinitely. Thank you so much for calling this past year when it looked like there may have been an issue. (Someone else interested in his week.) Have a great year and we will see you (or at least your condo) next season.

We enjoyed your cozy townhome, especially the fireplace and the peaceful scene from the living room - ducks and all. We have never stayed anywhere that was so well equipped with towels and supplies that we usually have to buy. Thanks for a wonderful vacation in every way.
