Welcome to The Great American Getaway! This large luxury condominium is ideal for large families, two families wanting to vacation together, or anyone who likes to have extra space. This is a GREAT place for a vacation or a getaway! Also ideal for specialty get togethers such as family reunions, holiday gatherings, family vacations, or great as your home away from home for any occasion. This unit sleeps up to ten comfortably if needed, but is often selected by couples for its location and luxury. This is a rare find! Just bring your luggage! The condo is fully furnished! It is also very easily accessible because it is a ground floor unit (no steps to climb). There are tons of activities available for all age groups. Home of four championship golf courses, driving range, putting greens, tennis center, fitness center, raquetball, kids camp, 6 pools and a fabulous spa, all available for a fee.
The setting is a resort and is very peaceful and tranquil. The beauty of the surrounding nature is marvelous and you will often see ospreys, egrets, and fox squirrels. There is a riveting nature walk within walking distance of the unit. The pools are fabulous and plentiful. One is within walking distance from the unit. Pool floats are located in the master bedroom walk-in closet.
The furnishings/decor are modern and contemporary including leathers, woods, and stones. The linens are 600 thread count and are very soothing to the skin. The kitchen is very modern with all new appliances. All rooms are large! This is the largest unit available on these grounds. It is very popular as a rental and is being offered at less than half the price of similar units on these grounds. You get a lot for your money! It is a terrific bargain!
This unit is currently being offered as available for as little as a three night minimum with monthly rentals available upon request. We welcome you for any time period. Some guests stay for 3 nights and some stay for 6 months or more. The 2011/2012 daily rate for is being offered starting at an incredibly low $150.00 per night (Holidays small surcharge), OR $1000.00 per week(Holidays small surcharge) and is an incredible value when compared to hotels and other options! Monthly rates are also available! Please inquire about our monthly pricing! Monthly pricing begins at $2,000.00 per month (Summer & Fall) and goes to $2,500.00 per month in Winter and Spring and this is a steal!! These rates are affordable! We charge NO TAX!! We absolutely fell in love with this location! We vacationed here numerous times and there was so much for the family to do, we decided we wanted our very own place. We have used this condo for personal getaways and family visits. There is something for everyone and we are spoiled by the large spacious rooms and have so much room to spread out!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The peacefulness and tranquility is unsurpassed. This is such a nice place to go to get away from all the stressors of our crazy, hectic, everyday life. The pools are fabulous! The food is tremendous at the on site locations! The fitness center and spa are phenomenal! We enjoy the nature walk and feeding the ducks! It just is so far removed from our chaotic everyday lives, that we really cherish our times spent here!

Both my husband and I are from up north. I am from the midwest and my husband is from New York. He spent summers at the beach but I was never anywhere close to a beach. So the idea of raising our family in Florida was very exciting to us. We figured, "why should we wait til we retire to enjoy Florida?" Let's raise our family there! We are a family of 6 with an elderly member and this is a great place for all age groups.

My husband and I spent February, 2010 at this condo and loved everything--from the comfortable beds to the beautiful decor. It is very clean, spacious and is equipped with everything you could possibly want or need. The building that it is located in is immaculate and the grounds of Innisbrook are beautiful. It's close to stores, several beaches,a lovely park on Lake Tarpon, Clearwater, Dunedin and Tarpon Springs. We found many great restaurants--love Ozona Blue, Molly Goodhead's plus several in Dunedin and Tarpon Springs. We would have loved to stay there in March also but it was already rented! We would recommend this condo to everyone.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We have had dozens of guests since we placed our condo on the rental market. This was our home away from home for 5 years before we decided to share it. We have had guests visit us from California all the way to Maine. We have also had guests from Europe! All of our guests have been delightful people and include golf professionals, baseball professionals, business people temporarily relocating with their families, families looking to relocate to the area, families temporarily working in the area, families visiting for a special occasion, and families looking to be near other family members, as well as people just wanting to get away for some rest and relaxation. Any excuse is a good excuse to relax and clear your mind! ALL of our guests have been happy with their experience with us and we welcome you come and visit our home away from home! The price is right! We try to keep our prices very reasonable. After all, times are tough right now and although we have a lot to offer, we try to provide a good value. We charge no tax! That in itself is a huge savings. Please feel free to contact us. We are always happy to answer any questions you may have. Remember-we are available for as little as 2 days, although most of our guests stay a week or a month. We are flexible!
