  I stayed in this condo and everything was perfect! A very nice view from the balcony. In the Morning you can have coffe, at night have drink or beer and was safe. You need a key to get in and out of the building. A very nice view from the top. And the property was very clean and well maintened. The Owner and stuff were very helpful. And everything is close by, like the bars, restaurants, beach a blk away, what else can you ask for. I will recommended to my friends and family. And I'm planning to comeback in the next month. Thank you for a great place you have!

  My partner and I stayed and had a great time. This condo is centrally located and is perfect for two people. It is well appointed with good amenities, a nice bed and bathroom and a pleasant patio to relax and watch the beach goers to and from los muertos! Close to restaurants and the beach, this was a great location!

  My partner and I stayed the week before Easter. We loved sitting on the deck watching the sunset, before our evenings out in the neighboring area. The accomodations could not have been more comfortable. WOW, what a comfortable bed! We easily cooked breakfast in the kitchen, each day before our outings. The short hike down the mountain to the beach was a daily ritual that got our hearts pumping prior to the great "wildlife" views on the beach. We can't wait till our vacation next year to return.

  I just happened to come upon this place again in my search for a rental for this coming winter. I stayed here last year and was thrilled to find a place for such a great price in such a great location. The condo was convenient to everything. It had a great deck to people watch and just enjoy the ocean breezes. It was clean and had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. I am absolutely stunned to read the most current review - maybe they were expecting a 5star hotel with bellman to carry their bags. This is a condo. You rent it so you can be independent. This means you may have to take care of your own luggage!!! The maid service is great and pretty much can be arranged just as you want it. Alicia (the maid) is very good at what she does, speaks English and makes sure you are well taken care of. I would highly recommend this condo as long as you are fit enough to walk the stairs.

  We rented this condo for 2 weeks to spend Christmas and New Year in Puerto Vallarta. When we arrived on the 18th of December 2011 we could not believe the dilapidated state the hotel was in. The lobby is a hallway leading out to the roof of the condo building. On the roof to the left a pool with the water level below the skimmer, no circulation and dirty. Next to it an old Palapa type building presumably at one time a restaurant and bar as advertised on VRBO118829. To the right is a stairway leading down to the condos. A sign on the wall advising all occupants to keep the windows and doors locked because there had been robberies in the building. No friendly staff around so we had to carry our luggage down four floors to get to the condo. When we opened the door this musty, stagnant smell hit us. We opened the patio door and found the patio very dirty. We waited for the maid promised by the owner to be there when we arrived but no such luck. We went out for dinner and when we returned, the same smell. Next day we went out all day hoping she would show up to clean and deodorize the place, nobody came. That night the police showed up twice because of screaming and fighting next door, no sleep for us. Thursday after noon the maid came to the door only to tell my wife she would be back on Saturday to clean up. Next morning after discovering more cockroaches in the shower we packed our bags and left. We broke our holiday off and returned home early! Just to set the record straight: Stairs are my favored exercise and to try to make this the problem instead of addressing the real problems of this rental property shows the character of the owners. The problems we explained above are exactly what we had to deal with. On my return to Chapala, when I called the owner he said he would refund the unused balance of the money but as soon as I returned the keys for the condo he changed his tune. My wife and I do not really care about the money, we are happy to have left this “condo” in time to spend the Christmas Holidays in bliss at our home. It is peculiar that all other revues are so glorifying when we have seen and smelled the place and know the truth.

  An excellent stay for the price. This condo had everything that we needed for a great vacation. The location was fantastic. We were one block from the beach and walking distance to all the restaurants and fun on the malacon! The condo was clean and had everything that we needed. Christian was great to rent from and promptly answered all of our questions while getting prepared for our stay. Aliciia met us for our arrival and was very pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. This was our first year in the Romantic Zone and we would definitley stay here again!

  Property was everything we were told and more! This experience exceeded our expectations. There were no negative surprises. The rooftop pool area was so peaceful; we seldom went to the beach for sunning and reading. Property manager was hands on for cleaning etc. You shouldn't need a taxi; restraunts in area are terrific. We would not only recommend this unit; we are already planning on returning next year.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  We recently stayed at this property and were very pleased. The location is fantastic, just one block from Playa de los muertos. Very close walk to restaurants and nightlife. The condo was in very good condition and had just about everything that you would need to have a comfortable stay. The view from the pool deck especially at Sunset is superb! My only recomendation is to ask in advance for any nearby landmarks for the taxi driver to find the property a bit easier as the building name was not known to our taxi driver. Highly recomended though!!

  This condo is great!! Two minutes to anywhere I wanted to be. Nicely decorated and very comfortable. Great kitchen for entertaining. Nice and cool with the a/c. The local management made it all very easy. You won't go wrong with this unit!!
