Location: Plum Island, North of Boston & Greater Merrimack Valley, Massachusetts, USA (10 Minutes to Newburyport, Boston is 1 Hr by train, bus, car)
Accommodations: House, 3 Bedrooms + Den, 1 Bath (Sleeps 6)
This house has three bedrooms, The master bedroom has a double bed and a TV, The Blue bedroom has a single twin and the Green bedroom has two twin beds. There is a day bed in the den for a total of sleeping six people in beds. The living area is the open concept and the dining area will sit six. The bathroom is a full bathroom with a tub and shower. The floors are hardwood in every room except two bedrooms which have carpeting.
The deck is fully equipped with table, chairs, umbrella. We have two lounges and four beach chairs for your use. This house sets back from the main roads on a private drive with no traffic. Parking is not a concern. You are within walking distance to the restaurants and the variety store. The Parker River Wildlife refuge is close by. The beach we walk to is the center. I am the owner and live nearby and available if there is anything you may need during your stay. We want your vacation to be a pleasant experience. You will find this home to be very clean, comfortable and a convenient place to stay. For those that do not want to walk we have Ocean Front parking available at no additional charge.
