Great house, clean, and great floor plan. Loved the deck up on top! Kitchen had plenty of room for all 5 of us. Close to the town, the ferry and the grocery store. We just wish it had WIFI. Hope to stay there again sometime soon! Favorite meal was at Armstrong's Sea Food. Also loved the bluegrass band at the outdoor cafe near the Casino!!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

We have rented many homes in Avalon and Hamilton Cove. This house is BY FAR our favorite! The golf course is less than ten minutes away by foot; the ocean views are nice and the beach and stores are steps away. The house is clean, comfortable and makes a person feel at home.

We recently stayed in this lovely house for a family birthday. It was cozy, clean, well furnished and very centrally located. We loved the harbor view from the dining room and the third floor deck. We recommend it highly.

This was a note sent to us after this guest returned home. "We found the house to be clean and fresh with so many conveniences provided for us. The "after five" hours were spent on the deck with five views and soft breezes. SO DELIGHTFUL."

We recently stayed at this beautiful three story beach house in Avalon. The view from the roof top patio was spectacular. There was plenty of room for all 8 of us. We also found it's location very convenient.
