Living Room - Angel Fire, New Mexico Lodging Thank you for your interest in our home in beautiful Angel Fire, New Mexico! It is nestled in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains and considered a four season resort, blessed with a little bit of everything. Angel Fire is located in the scenic Moreno Valley, 23 miles east of Taos, 94 miles northeast of Santa Fe, with an average 345 days of sunshine! The elevation is at 8500 feet above sea level with very low humidity and an average snowfall of 210 inches on the mountain, offering excellent skiing and snowboarding for everyone of all skill levels! Our Condo sits just two blocks from the ski lift. A mild summer with high temperatures rarely reaching over 80 degrees, you can enjoy numerous activities including golf at the PGA course, fishing, biking, hiking and much more! Each bedroom has a queen-size bed, and a 20 inch TV with cable in the master bedroom. You will enjoy the jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom after a full day of activities! Fresh linens are provided as well as bars of soap. The living room has a queen-size sleeper and a twin futon. A folding cot is also provided. The full kitchen contains a blender, crock-pot, mixer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, garbage disposal, toaster, dishes, towels, pots, pans and all utensils. The separate dining area seats six with an additional three stools at the breakfast bar. Enjoy our large deck with table, chairs and bench or use the outdoor charcoal grill and picnic tables available on-site. Our Condo also contains a washer and dryer and free local telephone calls. A cell phone or phone card can be used for long distance calls. All you have to do is unpack your personal belongings and enjoy your visit in beautiful Angel Fire!

Dec 15-Jan 05 .... $200/night, 4 night minimum.
Jan 06-Feb 28 .... $150/night, 3 night minimum.
Mar 01-Mar 31 .... $200/night, 4 night minimum.
All other dates .. $ 80/night, 2 night minimum.
Rentals longer than 5 nights receive a 15% discount. A 50% deposit required to
confirm reservations. Balance due 14 days prior to arrival. Call for short notice
arrangements. All rentals subject to a one time cleaning fee of $35.
