This resort is one of the nicest and newest resorts in Panama City Beach. It includes everything you are looking for in a beach vacation and more! The resort provides plenty to do or you can do nothing. There is covered parking with an air conditioned breezeway over front beach road for easy access to your vehicle for loading and unloading.
The Condo is beautiful with over $30,000 in furnishings to make this vacation getaway one of the nicest places you'll stay. The Condo is directly on the ocean on the 13th floor of Majestic Beach Towers II with a spectacular view of the gulf and beach from the private balcony. The unit is a 1000 square foot, two bedroom, two bath floor plan plus balcony with nine foot ceilings. You will enjoy privacy and breathtaking views of the ocean, beach, and surf while enjoying your morning coffee (Starbucks Coffee on-site).
The master bedroom has a king-size bed with armoire and 25 inch TV/DVD/VCR, the second bedroom has bunkbeds with a double on the bottom and a single on top with a flat panel TV/DVD. In the living area, there is an armoire with 35 inch TV/DVD/VCR and CD player. A wonderful pull out queen sofa bed which sleeps better than any other sleeper I have ever been on (no middle pole in your back) and is very comfortable.
We share bookings in this complex with other owners and will coordinate bookings of multiple units. So, bring along family and friends to enjoy this get-a-way together!

This condo is within minutes of Ripley's Believe It Or Not Museum, Pier Park, ZooWorld, Gulf World Marine Park, Dan Russell Municipal Pier, M.B. Miller Pier, St. Andrews State Recreation Area, Frank Brown Park, Museum Of Man In The Sea, Shell Island, Dolphin Encounters, and over a dozen miniature golf courses, go-kart tracks, arcades, not to mention, great dining championship golf courses. Please see our competitive weekly rates below. This unit is rented typically from Sat to Sat during popular seasons. We will require a minimum two night stay ($200/night) except on Holiday weekends Memorial and Labor Day which require a three night minimum stay. Add 12.5% Florida sales tax to all rates shown and a $75 cleaning fee.
Upon booking, a 50% deposit is due to reserve the unit within seven days, the balance is due three weeks before arrival. All payments will be verified through an email invoice showing amounts paid and balances due. There is also a $250 damage deposit due with the last payment which will be returned after check out and return of key cards. Cancellations must be made a minimum of 60 days prior to arrival date to receive a refund.
Must be at least 25 years old to rent this property. (We will check, drivers license will be required)
Once all payments are received, a keycard to the keyless entry system is sent via mail, so there is no need to" check in" when you arrive. Simply let yourself in!

This is a beautiful, clean well-decorated condo with an amazing view of the gulf. We visited last weekend with two adults and two grown adult children. The condo had everything we needed from plenty of towels to a fully equipped kitchen (including blender). The layout is great with plenty of room and it's virtually soundproof. The mattresses are very comfortable and the keypad entry is awesome since you don't have to keep up with keys. The location is very good with Walmart and Pineapple Willys within walking distance. We couldn't have asked for a nicer condo. Thanks for a great vacation!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We enjoyed our stay in this Majestic condo. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were plenty of bathroom towels, etc for our use. The rooms were clean. Excellent view. Rental agent extremely nice and easy to deal with. Loved the keypad entry. No complaints. Great stay. Would definitely recommend to my friends.
