Paniolo Hale is a unique, secluded condominium complex located on the west end of Molokai. The area's beautiful beaches are only a 2 minute walk from our front door. C3 is a one bedroom/one bathroom one story corner unit privately located away from the parking lot and public areas. From the outside, it resembles the type of Hawaian cottage one dreams of. It offers beautiful garden views of hybiscus, night jasmine and bamboo. It also has a partial ocean view.
The 5 french doors open on both sides of the screened wrap-around 400 square foot lanai. This ensures trade wind breezes through out the condo. The living room furniture is brand new with a full size futon couch and entertainment center. The floors and cathedral ceiling are wood throughout,except for the cool tile in the remodeled bathroom. There is a ceiling fan in the living room. There are skylights in both the bathroom and well-equipped kitchen adding to the natural light in the condo. The bamboo loungers on the lanai invite you to rest, relax, and read. The wicker table on the lanai awaits romantic, candlelight dinners.
Because Paniolo Hale is on the west end, there is a sunset for happy hour every night. There is surfing in front of Paniolo Hale in the winter and snorkeling in the summer. Our condo has boogie boards, snorkel equipment, beach chairs and coolers...everything you need while vacationing on Molokai! The kingsize bed with sateen sheets is welcoming at the end of the day as you drift off to the sound of the waves.

"As architects we were particularly impressed with the design of the condo-simple but well done. Very nice materials, well shaded but still light with skylights. The high ceilings and all the doors open to the porch made what was a fairly modest sized 1-bedroom feel quite huge! And being your own place of course the furnishings were really nice.
