These accommodations consist of two bedrooms and two full baths each with king-size beds, satellite TV, air conditioning, and WIRELESS internet access 24/7. Be it your own laptop, or our desktop... you are only an instant away from communicating with people from home, or use our VONAGE phone FREE of charge!
Each bedroom is also equipped with a compact refrigerator, an additional couch for small children to accompany you, and you will have full access to a combined large living room/large kitchen area for your meals and social time with other guests or your own friends. We also have a PACK N PLAY for your toddlers' comfort! VERY AFFORDABLE for FAMILIES!!
Guest House
Breezy Hill Guest House is a large two bedroom home, with two full baths, a large living room, and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area for your convenience, with a spectacular view of the ocean from the front deck.
The home accommodates two to four people very comfortably. A new queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room will easily accommodate two additional people. The house comes fully equipped with central air conditioning, satellite TV, and many VHS movies and books for your enjoyment... or bring some of your own. The guest house is also equipped with WIRELESS Internet Access 24/7. VERY AFFORDABLE FOR FAMILIES!!
And remember, this Guest House has its own secluded sandy beach and natural reef!

The PEACE and QUIET that we experience here on 'BREEZY HILL" is incredible...the VIEW is SPECTACULAR, the air is clear, the SUNRISE is GORGEOUS and we are close to food stores, restaurants, golfing and a spa resort. We even have our own SECLUDED BEACH! Who could ask for anything more??

We are Larry & Esther Taylor... and we have retired from the Real Estate and Insurance business that we owned and operated for 37 years back in our hometown of Barberton, Ohio. We have 8 children together, (4 boys and 4 girls). When the children grew up and left the nest, we flew to the Bahamas and made Exuma our RETIREMENT home.
We built a GUEST HOUSE and opened up our own home with ROOMS FOR RENT, (known as the MAIN HOUSE) and now we are known as 'BREEZY HILL' in Exuma, Bahamas.
We rent the GUEST HOUSE and the MAIN HOUSE by the WEEK, MONTH or on LONG TERM basis.
We have had a home on Exuma for the last 27 years and we can direct you to the best BEACHES and RESTAURANTS on all of Exuma. We will even meet and greet you at the airport with a big "WELCOME to EXUMA HUG"!
We want everyone who comes to visit to have a GREAT EXUMA experience!
