The two-story house is tastefully and comfortably decorated and gives you the sense of being "at home" the moment you walk through the front door. The two king-bed master suites upstairs each open onto their own large balcony for complete privacy. A third bedroom with a queen convertible sofa gives enough sleeping space for the kids or a third couple. While sitting on the front porch you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while overlooking a park. For the active ones, we provide six bicycles for an endless amount of bike-riding through the resort, to Seaside for shopping/dining or a bold 9 mile ride to Rosemary Beach.
A short walk to the pool or a 10 minute walk to the beach and enough activities for all ages keeps everyone happy. Walk to the town center for dining and entertainment or drive to any one of many world-class restaurants located on Scenic 30-A.
We provide passes to all pools and beach club. The house is well supplied for your stay with beach towels, chairs, toys,, and just about anything to call our home YOUR home!

Ken and Pam live in Tallahassee, Florida, and built their Watercolor house in 2005.
We can't find enough time to spend in Watercolor so enjoy sharing it with others.
Why the Owner Chose WaterColor
Destin is a short drive from Tallahassee, making it a perfect weekend getaway. Once there, however, it is hard to leave!
The Unique Benefits of this House
The peacefulness of WaterColor and the numerous activities -- whichever you want. The many golf courses in the area and the dining is superb. We can bike to so many places we rarely need a car.
