The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
The incredible vistas from the second floor living level, called inverted living plan because it lifts the main level of the home to the 2nd story, are wonderful. The back of our house is oriented to the water with a first floor lanai, 2nd floor glass-enclosed Florida room and a 3rd floor deck. The next-door pool and fitness center make this one of the most popular rental properties in the community where renters return year after year.
We love the terrific dining spots in and around the beach area and are close to Georgia House, Cactus Cafe, Carusos, Nicks for Ribs, etc. and our favorite place for picnic food - Marvins Fried Chicken!
One of few remaining lighthouses in the State of Delaware sits just a few feet from the Maryland stateline in Fenwick Island.
This is our favorite beach! For a nomincal fee per car you can park at the sand (to tickets or meters.) There is a bath house and snack bar too. Its also one of the nicest beaches on the East Coast
This is a fun area where you can pick up the OC Rocket jet boat, nature cruises, eat, play keno, etc. M R Ducks is there too!
Huge parking lot and inlet shoppes are located at the tip of Ocean City in the Inlet area.
Park at the Inlet and walk in the sand to the beach or boardwalk.
Located at 813 Boardwalk at the Inlet...nice little museum with lots of fun educational information on area shipwrecks, hurricanes, etc. Nominal admission is $3/adults, $1/kids. Check their site at
