Also close by is the popular Coligny Square and Harbour Towne, which offer unique shopping and fine/casual dining. There are more than 10 public golf courses just minutes away and guests have free access to Van Der Meer Professional Tennis Complex and the health club.
Comforting and relaxing, our villa's lower level has a spacious master suite with cable TV, laundry room, living room, dining area, a half bath, and a large new fully equipped kitchen. The living room opens to a balcony overlooking a picturesque lagoon, with a pool just a few steps away. Upstairs, there is a queen suite with cable TV/DVD player and a double suite, each with its own private bathroom.
For a good nights rest, the villa's two story design ensures that there is no one sleeping above you. Our unique villa has everything you need for a fun and relaxing vacation.

Just came back from a great week in this villa. Perfect location...close to everything. We only moved the car twice in 7 days! Villa is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. We will be back!

Great Condo. My wife and I loved our time there. It was very clean and spacious, and walking distance to a lot of the fun stuff we like to do in Hilton Head. There's plenty of room, even for a group, so we're planning to come back later this summer with some friends and stay at this place again. Had a great time.

Great and clean accommodations. Perfect, quiet location. An easy walk to the beach, restaurants, grocery store, bike rentals. Very relaxing. Owners were very easy to work with. We plan to to make this a yearly vacation. Cannot wait to go back!!

We had a great time. The condo was in a perfect location for us. We could walk or ride a bike everywhere. The condo had everything we needed so it made it easy to eat in. Plenty of space for all of us to sit and relax. The beach is close and relaxing. We will be back!
