Makena Surf E 303, located on the third floor of a gated low rise community, provides privacy, seclusion and spectacular sunset views.The condominium is located on the dry sunny leeward side of Maui. The private lanai provides views of Molokini, Kohololawe,and Lanai. No driving is necessary to enjoy wonderful snorkeling,body surfing,whale watching(winter months),and walks on a beautiful quiet beach. Two pools and four tennis courts are located on the property with Makena and Wailea Golf Courses nearby. The bedrooms are set as a king and two twins. Twins can be converted to a king.
If you are looking for a quiet, uncommercialized, secluded, comfortable condominium on a sandy beach and just minutes from shopping, Makena Surf will provide you with that special vacation. We have just completed retiling our lanai and recarpeting the condo.

We stayed at this condominium in July 2011. The condominium was spacious, comfortable, and clean and situated so close to the ocean that I could throw a stick into the waves if the wind was blowing in the right direction. The best thing about this property is the beach: it was never crowded and the snorkeling was amazing. We really enjoyed the convenience of having a fully equipped kitchen which saved us a lot of time and money. This was the first time we rented directly from an owner and we were concerned about arriving at midnight when there would be no one at the office to assist us. Fortunately, the owner provided precise instructions on how to locate the property and gain access to the condo so it was easier/quicker than lining up at a busy hotel front desk. We will definitely try stay there for our next trip to Maui.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.
