This privately owned home is beautifully furnished and located directly on the water on a canal in Bahia Bay. You’ll find easy access to the Intercostal Waterway and famous fishing spots such as Estes Flats. The spacious kitchen and dining area open up into the living room with windows galore. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, 2 large closets and a private bath with sit-down dressing area.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, closet, full dresser and TV. The third bedroom has a TV/VCR, and twin trundle bed that can either stay separate or make into a king size with more sleeping room on a full size futon. Downstairs is a game room with a full size on bottom and twin on top bunk bed and another twin trundle bed which can be converted into a king.
The game room has a pool table, wet bar with a sink, small refrigerator and microwave. Enjoy the sweeping views from upper decks in front and back of the house as well as a covered porch downstairs with a wooden swing to relax in. There is a ladder to get in & out of the canal for swimming as well as a private lighted fishing stand to clean your catch and a grill ready for BBQ. We have a private dock to secure your boat at night directly in front of the house. A boat ramp is available less than a mile away and is free of charge.
Our home is minutes from downtown Rockport and located 26 miles east of Corpus Christi and it’s a quick drive to enjoy the state aquarium, Lexington Aircraft Carrier and many other attractions. Enjoy a quick free ferry ride over to Port Aransas or get there directly by boat!
