Bent Tree is an amazing vacation rental , with 3500 sqft with a master bedroom over looking the private heated salt water pool,with rock water fall. Although this property was listed as "Heated Salt Water Pool" it was not and we were unable to use the pool, which was one of the main reasons for renting this home.
Owner response:clients were specifcally reminded when the temperature goes down to 30 degrees at night, and 58 degrees during the day in December, that it would be impossiable to go swimming.nor does anyone go swimming in AZ under these circumstances. These people were looking to get a further reduction, than I already had given them. I can understand why they would want to secure a luxury home in Scottsdale, however if they could not afford this home, even with a deep discount, then they should not have come to my home!
