You’ve just found the perfect location for your next (and probably overdue) vacation. Our family welcomes yours to our beach house in Queen's Grant. Our newly renovated villa comfortably sleeps up to eight guests and is within just a few minutes walk to almost everything you’re looking for. A seven minute stroll to the pristine beaches of Hilton Head Island, just next door to the nationally acclaimed Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center and a few steps from the Robert Trent Jones golf course. (One of three award winning courses within Palmetto Dunes.) Five swimming pools are tucked away within Queens Grant and one is right off our back deck. Now that’s convenient!
Come on inside and take a look. Decorated in yellows and blues with a nautical theme (of course!) we know you’ll feel right at home. Professional cleaning is arranged before each arrival so all you have to do is relax! In this bright, cheerful villa, you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of room to entertain. Gather family and friends around the large dining room table or out on the spacious, private deck. The gas grill is ready to go!
Our villa has a convenient downstairs powder room just off the large entrance foyer. The downstairs master bedroom has two queen sized beds and plenty of closet space leading to the master bath. Upstairs you’ll find two additional bedrooms and another generous sized bathroom. One bedroom contains two twin beds while the other a comfortable queen. Lots of closet and dresser space here, too!
You will be truly surprised by all this area has to offer, and you won’t need to pick up your car keys! Enjoy the two thousand gorgeous acres of lush foliage and beautifully manicured grounds. Make sure you stop next door at the general store for an ice cream cone on your way back from the beach or head across the street to Palmetto Dunes Outfitters and rent a bike. There are six beautiful miles of bike paths here. Maybe take to the gentle lagoon waters in a kayak or canoe. Palmetto Dunes is home to an 11 mile lagoon system. The natural beauty of this resort is unparalleled. And when you’re ready for a change of pace, walk over to Shelter Cove Harbour. Here you’ll find a variety of specialty shops, wonderful restaurants and entertainment. Dine outside so you can be treated to a beautiful "low country" sun set. Free shuttle service is provided for you from March to September!

We had never been to Hilton Head for vacation. I had work there and the family traveled with me. In that I had the car during the day, I needed a place where the family would be safe and have things to do. This was a wonderful fit for us. The unit was conveniently located and had all of what we needed while there. There were a few issues with the pool, but that was overcome with all that Palmetto Dunes and this property in particular had to offer. Thank you for your hospitality in the use of your villa.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My family stayed at this lovely condo and it truly was one of our best vacations ever! The unit is charming, extremely clean, and well maintained. The condo is beautifully decorated in a nautical theme and had everything we needed and more! When we first walked in, we couldn't believe how spacious it was! The foyer, living/family room, and the master bedroom downstairs are all very large and there was plenty of closet space. The upstairs also had plenty of room. There is a large deck out back with very nice patio furniture and we enjoyed sitting out there relaxing after a long fun-filled day! One of the best things about this condo is the location! We are avid tennis players and since the tennis courts are so close, we would walk back and forth several times a day. One of our favorite things was stopping at the General Store for an ice cream cone and we figured out we could make it door to door in about 30 seconds! The pool is also just steps away. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay here! We made some wonderful memories and can hardly wait to go back again!
