Wake up to the unforgettable sounds of the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This 1450 square foot piece of paradise is a first floor condo with a private patio ready for you and your family to relax in and weave wonderful vacation memories.
The living/dining room and kitchen all over look the beautiful Gulf. These rooms are tastefully furnished with seating for a large family. A must with most folks visiting our sugar white sand beaches is a laundry room right off the kitchen. Full size washer and dryer just like home.
The master bedroom is very large with a king size bed looking out from a wall of windows on to your ocean. It's your ocean as long as you want to stay! Your own master bedroom has a large walk in closet with storage for bags, toys, and maybe those florida souvenirs.
The 2nd bedroom has two double size beds, a large closet and lots of room for the kids to play games, watch TV or maybe even take an afternoon nap.
Many upgrades have been added including granite countertops , crown moulding, beautiful tile, and high speed internet. The beauty of this unit is the space and direct location on the beach. Grab a soda from the fridge and walk right out to the beautiful beach. Save some time for a sunset and you will always remember our piece of paradise.

This was our first time using FRBO, and we were a bit nervous about what to expect. What we didn't expect was such a flawless stay and fantastic communication with the owners. This condo was spotless and was even better than the photos. The beach was just outside our door! What a perfect setting for couples, families, get away with the girls...anyone who wants to spend some time in Paradise! The owner was so helpful and responded immediately to our questions about where to find everything from fine dinning to kid friendly seafood shack. We will definitely be repeat guests!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

We really enjoyed our beach vacation with our daughters and grandkids! This was the perfect condo!!! It was huge and the pictures where exactly like the actual product. Plus, the owners were so wonderful to work with. The beach was amazing and there is no way that we could have been closer and not been sleeping on the beach. With three teenagers this was a perfect place for them to be able to go back and forth to the beach and pool when they wanted and we could catch up with them later. We would rent this condo again and recommend it to anyone who ever asks. My mother, my mother-in-law, my 3 children, and I had a wonderful spring break week at the Surf Dweller. The location of our room could not have been better...first floor with a patio right on the beach! It was so nice to NOT wait on elevators! And running back to the condo from the beach or pool (which we do a lot with three kids!) was no problem. We'll definitely be back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.
