Attractively appointed and located on the 10th floor of Tower One.This unit was completely renovated and upgraded in 2005. Given a platinum rating,it is maintained as such each year. Your balcony, living room, dining room and kitchen overlook the lagoon pool,two hot tubs, restaurant and bar and of course the magnificent Gulf Of Mexico. A Pizza Hut and ice cream store are also poolside. All just a few feet from the beach! ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION: Saturday to Saturday. Primary Renter must be 25 years old & remain with accompanying guests. Check-in 4:00 p.m./check-out11:00 a.m. A $350 deposit is due within 7 days of making the reservation and refundable when condo is found in order and keys are returned to owner.
