  My family and I have been going to PCB all of my life. Since I married 20 years ago, our family stays at Edgewater Resort ever year. This year was by far the very best room (unit) we've stayed in. Everything was set up as a home, not just a resort room. It was very clean and so well decorated. I really plan and hope to get this same unit each time we return. Thanks so much for a well relaxed vacation. We had everything we needed for a super vacation.

  I am a repeat renter at this condominium and I always feel right at home. It has everything I need. There are flat screen tvs, internet, a very comfortable leather sofa and chair in the living room and a beautiful view of the ocean and pool area. Edgewater has many amenities so you wouldn't even need to go anywhere else. I like both tennis and golf so a little practice is within walking distance. There is a restaurant on the property for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Publix is a short drive away if you prefer to cook at home.(which I like to do many times). Toni(the owner) is very accommodating and always makes our visit very hospitable. You won't be disappointed with a your stay.

  This was our 4th or 5th time staying on the panhandle and the 2nd time at Edgewater Beach. We love the broad, soft sand beaches. Edgewater Beach was very well maintained with a large, pretty pool for when you want to have a freshwater swim. Though we did not play it, the par 3 golf course looked well maintained. (All you need is a wedge and a putter.) We did use the tennis courts. They were in quite good shape - a few small cracks but nothing that affected play. It was pretty hot and I think we were the only ones who used them, yet coolers full of cold water were put out between every pair of courts. We did not try any of the restaurants on site. The condo itself was in beautiful condition, well approinted and very well stocked in the kitchen. Lots of extra touches like the provided beach chairs and six beach towels. We all felt immediately at home and will definitely recommend this condo to anyone who asks.

  My daughters and I shared a wonderful vacation here. The condo was so beautiful. Combine the condo with the pool and beach and it made a super place for a summer vacation. The weather did not cooperate on a couple of days but we still had a great time of rest and relaxation.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway.

  We stayed in Toni's unit at Edgewater May 28-June 2, 2010. Our niece, Courtney Swinney, who had just graduated high school the night before, went with us. The unit was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had a GREAT view of the pool and the ocean. Haviang the Pizza Hut Express on the property was convenient as one night we didn't want to fix up to go out to eat...just wanted to relax in the condo. We had beautiful weather while there and just had an amazing time. Toni was very nice and very accomodating to us. Not having to pack beach towels and chairs, which take up a lot of room, was very helpful. We hope to stay in this unit at PCB again in the future.

  Dear Toni, An added benefit to being a guest in your exquisite condominium was meeting you over the phone! You were such a dear to go way above and beyond to make our family gathering so memorable! I truly believe that you must have either THE BEST or, at the least, ONE OF THE BEST units in all of Panama City Beach! The view is extraordinary and the Tower One location could not be better!   this was my first time to stay at edgewater and my first time in panama city and we loved every minute of it! the condo was very spacious and beautifully decorated. you don't even have to leave the premises for food, etc.....it's all right there at edgewater. I am really looking forward to renting this same condo again next april! you WOULD NOT be disappointed if you rent this condo....the view is amazing!!!!!

  The unit is decorated very elegant and warm including the full size kitchen. The view from the balcony is Gorgeous!! It over looks the resorts huge lagoon pool with palm tree oasis gardens and waterfalls. Not to mention the magnificent open ocean/beach front. Comparing this unit to others in the area – this is the best in quality and offers the most beach front access, pools/hot tubs and by far the BEST location for walking and convenience. This place is Beautiful!
