On a private 20 acre peninsula of gardens, lawn, meadow, and forest, this 4 bedroom, 2 bath estate is spacious, fully furnished, and sleeps 4 to 10+.
A few minutes north of Portland and far from the ordinary, it boasts unobstructed and expansive ocean views of offshore islands from Harpswell to Portland Head Light from nearly room, unrivaled sunrises, privacy and elbow room to spare, gorgeous sandy beach, and deep water mooring.
Family and living rooms have picture windows facing your beach and tidal cove and open via sliders onto your front deck. Kitchens and dining areas have open views of the ocean on the front and gardens, meadow, forest on the back; both open onto the large rear deck where your grill and picnic table await.
The Skipper's Quarters, with queen bed and large picture windows, overlooks the ocean, beach, and offshore islands. The Sail Loft has bunk beds and open views of the cove and gardens. Unobstructed views of the sandy beach, inshore islands, and side lawn are yours from the Pink Sand Dollar which has a double bed. The Highlander has twin beds and partial view of inshore islands and cove across gardens and meadow. A queen sleep sofa in the family room rounds out your accommodations.
