Furnished fourth (top) floor Brookside model features two bedrooms, two baths, living/dining room, and screened lanai. The kitchen has a casual eating area. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet offering great storage. There is a washer and dryer as well as a huge outside storage room. Fabulous water and golf views.

There is a single car covered parking and additional community parking for a second car or guest parking. Amenities that are included with a $200 Country Club membership transfer are two 18 hole golf courses designed for beginners to scratch players, (for off-peak season renters, you are entitled to play several other outstanding golf courses as part of our reciprocal program at an unbelievably low fee for the quality of these courses which are not open to the general public),aqua driving range, 8 lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, two large swimming pools and smaller ones for each neighborhood, tiki bar, clubhouse, dining, dancing, fitness center, activities and much more.
