This was one great cottage to stay at! It was extremely clean with white plush carpeting. It had a very well protected location for our boat in the cove. There was not much traffic and we were within easy walking distance of everything in Sodus Point. The fishing was fantastic catching largemouth bass in the weeds with senkos. We traveled to Oswego one night to eat at Rudys by the lake and another night to Bass Pro Shops in Auburn. We only cooked one supper and ate at different restaurants (Jack's, ABE's, Stegar Haus, Skipper's Landing and Nick's). We heard alot about Bay Street Restaurant for fine dining, but didn't eat there, hopefully next time). My family would love to come back again. I would like to stay there the whole summer!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing.

Totally enjoyed our week - and made great memories. Beautiful house and great protected cove for our boat. Enjoyed fishing both on the bay and on the main lake. And swimming on the beach. Also recommend the Strong Museum of Play in Rochester. And we took a day trip to Niagara Falls. Chimney Bluffs is awesome. Sodus Point is a very nice town.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.
